I ain't king of my castle now...
I just am happy I am given the illusion of control from time to time...

The iron fist will be a toy for the child- that is almost a given..
 
Hmmm, for a minute I wasn't sure if I was even in the right diary. What is going on in here? LOL I couldn't even find a post for you for pages it seemed like.

Good Morning all

Diet: Great all week. Calories kept around 1700 to 1800 most of the week. Weekend calories were higher, but still managed. Until last night, I benged right before bed.

Work out: All week I doubled my workout to get caught up. It worked well. On saturday we went to down town and walked for several hours and then I spent a couple of hours raking and shoveling in the garden, no other workout this weekend.

Summary: I am beat! So tired today. I had 4 hours of sleep lastnight and I had to work on a holiday, suck and elf! Needless to say Im not accomplishing much. This has been a tuff month for me. I havn't been as consistent as I should have been. Over all my moural is down. I havnt been able to break the 200 mark yet and I had expected to do that 2 or 3 weeks ago. Ive had a HUGE splurge weekend for my birthday and then we had a friend come from out of town this weekend. I kept ok control until last night. Now Im dealing with stress on the home front which makes it hard to maintain my diet.
