Help with Stomach

Ive lost about 30kg's in 6 months, about a year ago now, and i've got one problem. I lost this through a combination of weights, running and good diet. Now i weigh about 66kgs, and im 170cm. Although the weights kept off, my stomach area is still too soft and untoned. Im trying to get a 6-pack or at least make it a bit firmer and 'harder', but i'd like to know how to get rid of this. At the moment its very wobbly, not sure whether it might be extra skin, and ideas? Should i try to lose a couple more kg's and see if that makes my stomach firmer, or is there anything else that i need to do? I really would like any feedback thanks.
 
Sounds to me that you don't need to lose any more weight, but need to start bulking and following a serious weight lifting routine to actually gain muscle in those areas. Once you gain enough muscle in the area, you can cut and they will show.
 
So should i just maintain my weight (i.e calorie intake) and just go to the gym and lift weights? Or should i try and put on weight, with muscle, then cut?
