I smoke 20 a day
Went out for lunch then a light exhibition with my girlies, and although I had no breakfast and I was starving, and desperate for fast food, I was good and had a salad.
I HAVE LOST 5 POUNDS IN MY FIRST WEEK!!!! YEEEEEEHAAAAAAAAAA!
March 5th- 15 stone 10.
March 13th- 15 stone 5.
Food
Crayfish and mango rice salad, with a Chilli and Coconut dressing. 510
Small skinny latte 90
Home-made thin crust pizza wit a mahoosive salad, and low cal dressing- About 600
6 sugars (Its late afternoon, and I will have NO MORE!) 96

Also ate a handful of fruit and nuts, and an apple... 320 calories. Had a very early dinner.
Exercise
1 hours un-intentional walking
15 minute intentional walk from the train station.
