:( I haven't got the problem to the same extent as you have, but they do hurt if I've been walking a lot. Think its where my feet over pronate, it causes the outside of my ankles and the insides of my knees to really hurt. Thinking of getting custom made insoles.

I smoke 20 a day :) So not worried about the effect a little bit of sweetener will have on my health :D I think its okay in coffee (not tea), still prefer the real stuff tho.

Went out for lunch then a light exhibition with my girlies, and although I had no breakfast and I was starving, and desperate for fast food, I was good and had a salad.

I HAVE LOST 5 POUNDS IN MY FIRST WEEK!!!! YEEEEEEHAAAAAAAAAA!

:D Thanks Kate. My food recently has been so dull though... Typical week was... Takeaway pizza, takeaway chicken and chips, take-away pizza, pie and potatoes, jerk chicken and rice, take-away pizza, Indian :) That's why I had to do a home-made pizza the other day. It was killing me not having it. Its all I know of late :)

I am going to save so much money by eating well. The amount I was spending on eating out was horrific... I spent my entire student loan on food! Ate out for lunch a few times a week as well, and the times I didn't eat out, I had take-away left overs from the night before. That's all my fridge had in it- Leftovers from takeaways. Rather sickening actually. My food shop for this week came to £90, and that seems like a lot of money, but it is less than half of what we were spending on getting other people to do our food for us. And you know I like cooking- Was just too damn lazy to get round to doing it.

Normal, bog standard meals taste glorious next to all that crap I've been eating. My omelette was fucking fantastic :D

One thing I've really enjoyed the last eight and a half months is eating the stuff I cooked myself so often. It tends to taste better for the same food (IE, my burgers and tacos taste better than the ones I eat out). The one exception has been meatloaf. My meatloaves have not been good, and they have a mini one during happy hour at this bar & grill near me that is just ridiculously tasty. I need the recipe...

You should ask them for the recipe... A lot of them will actually really give it to you :) I don't think I would have the guts tho!

Another good day today... It was a very snacky day tho, and the snacks didn't fully satisfy me.

Sitting here drinking a cup of green tea, absolutely desperate for the milky, strong, and sugary kind. Blah.

Tomorrow is my 10th Anniversary. God help us. 10 years of misery! But we have to mark the occasion somehow, I spose, so Nicks mum is taking the kids at three o'clock, then we are going on the London eye, then to a posh Indian restaurant (Can't wait- Its supposed to be amazing) For a meal complete with dessert. Then to see Wicked at the theater. I really don't feel like going clubbing afterwards, as I feel too fat and old. But it would surprise me greatly if we didn't.

So I might not be around again till Sunday arvo.
