snack: blue berries and cereals snack (only 80 cals)
dinner: chicken breast, salad, whole grains bread, a very little piece of asiago cheese
exercise: gym
I weighed today and I was 75.3...yesterday was 75.7...maybe the mere presence of Steve is making my weight loss easier!![]()
