Yup. a loss is a loss...and it could have been a gain. Jumbo pants and falling down knickers is GREAT! I remember when a friend at work told me I had to stop wearing a particular suit and top because it was just hanging off of me...that felt great.

How's the study/course going? I'm coming up to Shipley again soon - I always give a wave in the general direction of Leeds/Saltaire to RedPiggy when I drive through!
 
Uni's going pretty good.
I'm actually enjoying it all at the moment.
I'm with the screening coordinator on tuesday and wednesday which should be fantastic. Learning about all the blood tests in more detail, downs screening, HIV etc
Placement in community is pretty good too, things have gotten better with my mentor now :)
I'm even enjoying lectures.. Although I have my last one until June/July on monday :( Got essays though, intersting ones at that!
Pregnancy and body image, and smoking in pregnancy!

Got on them again... Another .25lbs off :)

Well I finally made my buns healthier.
Cals 80
Carbs 16.3
Fat 0.8
Sat fat 0.3
Protein 1.6
Fibre 1.25

That's per bun, and the recipe makes 24! :)

200g wholemeal Self Raising Flour
90g granulated sugar
200ml natural yoghurt
2 medium eggs
1 tin crushed pineapple
100g finely grated carrot
100g raisins
1 tsp ground cinnamon

Mix yoghurt, eggs and sugar in a bowl.
Add carrot (or parsnip), pineapple and raisins.
Add flour and cinnamon.

Spoon into bun cases (I made 24 using normal bun cases)
Bake at Gas mark 4 for 25 minutes.

I let these cool in the bun tray, it makes then have a weird texture as they don't dry out properly, but the ones I let dry on a cooling rack glued themselves to the bun cases because of the lack of oil in them!! Strange but I still quite like it :)
Was nicer with parsnips I think but I ran out lol

Going to wait until 29th to weigh in for the Spring Challenge. I think I'll try only weighing in weekly. Or at most every other day not every day like before!!!
Gonig to tidy and clean the front room and kitchen today because we have an inspection on the 4th!
Then I'm going to do my biggest loser stuff, seen as though I told it I'd do it 4 times a week and I've done it once....

Had a horrendous day today.
Had a few screaming ab dabs about my laptop, a few arguments and a good cry or too. Food has been rubbish...

So the last few days have been a bit crap. STill no computer so I'm on my phone again so its going to make no sense :p
I've eaten lots of cakey stuff. But food itself has been pretty good. Its the snacks that let me down.
If our money goes in on Monday i may have a new computer next week :)

Hey RedPiggy, hope things are improving. Do you need some help with trying to get old stuff off of your dead laptop when you get your new one? Or was there not much on there you are fussed about?
