My double and triple checking was all at the same time btw!!
Not multiple points over the day.
I'm tracking daily to see if there's a trend or if I'm just hovering if you see what I mean, I have a graph and everything
I'm feeling quite good about it at the moment to be honest rather than fretting over ever wobble for once.
I also only count mondays reading anyway, not matter what it may say during the week, if it's not down on a monday I've not lost.
I've been pretty damn good with my food and done so much more exercise recently than like EVER!
I really want the Biggest Loser game for the Kinect but I'm not allowed it

Well I am, but I have to order it online because it's cheaper lol and I don't want to wait

Taking this evening off today, it's pancake day

I had potato wedges, chilli and cheese for lunch, then a light salad for tea and I intend to eat about a million pancakes with various toppings.
None of which will be healthy

I've also decided to give up white pasta for lent seen as though I started eating it again.
Will eat more wholemeal instead.
I started eating those packet pastas again which are like 400 calories a go at least! So it's mainly to stop me eating those!
My friend was going to give up chocolate and suggested I do it with her, but I really don't eat that much chocolate anymore. In fact I had a mars bar last night, and before that I can't remember the last time I ate chocolate.
I've had chocolate flavoured stuff, milkshake etc but not an actual bar. It was really odd.
Went to the jobcentre today and all of a sudden a really loud alarm went off, one which, working there for a few years, I recognised.
The bomb alarm....
And sure enough, we were all herded into the centre of the room.
Martin had been on his way out so he left the building all confused and I started to feel a little panicky.
It WASN'T a drill.....
So after standing there for a little while in this little huddle (no one else knew it was the bomb alarm apart from the staff) I texted him to tell him to get away from the building when the voiceover ordered an evacuation. I got out of there as fast as I could without alarming anyone and practically dragged him up the street!
I felt so strange afterwards.
It's the third bomb scare in a job centre related building in about a week..
Sounds a little dodgy to me!!
