Well the relaxing bath made me feel a MILLION times worse :(
I took sunday off, I just couldn't drag myself out of bed, had a headache, tummy ache, tooth ache, you name it!!
I went back to bed after calling in and woke up 6hours later!!
Felt a little better but still feeling rough :(

Anyway.
Restarted my blog today, hoping that documenting everything in loads of different places will help motivate me!
I really want to get back into exercising but I'm too ill still, I'd just collapse coughing lol.
Might do some Dance Central later though.
Wish I had a gym membership.
Not that I'd have time to use it lol
I loved working out in the gym, it was so much fun :)

Well today has been a bit crap so far.

Breakfast NutriGrain Bar
Lunch 3 Chicken Breast Bites
Tea
Snacks Two huge Chocolate Chip Cookies
Drink Small glass Chocolate Milkshake, Water

Been in University today.
Had a tutorial at 9am, then I went shopping, then I came home for 10minutes and had to go in at 1pm for a lecture.
I feel so full to say I've barely eaten. Think the milkshake filled me up. It was whole milk with milkshake powder "with added vitamins". Whatever the hell that means. I couldn't be bothered to read the packet and find out!
Will probably make something good for tea if I can be bothered washing up that is.
Maybe southern fried chicken breast with mash, peas, sweetcorn, green beans and a little gravy. It's a good meal calorie wise and content. The chicken breast is around 200 calories, the mash and gravy 150, but then the veg isn't much at all. Loads of fibre in it too, especially if I load up on the green beans.
Snacks for the rest of the night will be NutriGrain bars and possibly quavers. But they're not too bad really, only 88 calories a packet. NutriGrains are 130ish a bar, but have 1.5g of fibre and are wholegrain.
I bought this smoothie from Morrisons which is 2 of your 5 a day in each 250ml glass. Plus a load of fibre. It's made from juiced fruit, pureed fruit and pulp, so you can count it as more than 1 portion, and you get all the good fibreful bits too.

I can't wait for my obs & gynae rotation. I'm really keen since I've been watching 'one born every minute' (even though my bf tells me it's nothing like the real thing - he's been on the rotation already).

I'm sorry you've been ill, poor lamb! Glad that you're on the mend though.

PS that smoothie sounds lush, shame I'm nowhere near a morrissons!

Had a half day today so feeling a bit better now :)
Still tired and crappy but not completely exhausted!!

Scales said 207.5 this morning.. Thats pretty much impossible... I've not eaten that many calories extra. I may have been eating sweets and chocolate but not much food, so calories can't have done it.. Hopefully it's just water because of the takeaway i had!!
 
Takeaway inevitably leads to a few extra lbs for a couple of days for me. Back when I lost 40lbs in 2009 I would have takeaway maybe every 2 or 3 weeks and once I had lost the water weight I would continue to lose steadily (so long as I got straight back on track, obviously!) - so yeah don't fret!

Well I had curry again today lol
But it wasn't a takeaway, it was a homemade one, chicken, sauce, rice and naans.

I think I had about 700 calories in naan!! I normally only have one, but I had two today, and a pile of rice. I was so hungry today it was weird.
Normally the curry is about 700 altogether! Including naan and rice.

ANYWAY.
Doesn't matter, I've not eaten much else today.
Doing well sweetie wise, I've had 3 wine gums, and I intend to have two more and hopefully leave it at that.
I had some chocolate milkshake, but thats not that bad really, only the calories of the milk, plus between 25 and 100 eextra depending on how much I have. Today I only had a little, so maybe 40 or so calories from the chocolate powder.
I've also had 4 nutrigrains coming in at about 500 calories altogether, and one raisin thingy at 160.
Todays been crap tbh, just because I fell asleep, set an alarm so I wouldn't sleep all evening, then I turned it off when it went off... And went back to sleep!!

Gonig to have a bath, should take a couple of hours because Martin wants one too so that'll waste some time!
Then might eat again, maybe not, but I might just make something for Martin instead. Feel too full still.
1600 ish for today, which saying I feel like I've never stopped eating is pretty good going!! And it's stil a defecit because I'm so big anyway.


Hope the scales play by monday, not going to take any reading seriously until then, tomorrows still won't be right after the pizza, then saturdays won't be right as I think i'm going out Friday night, so sundays might be rubbish too. Hopefully I can be at 204.5 by monday, if it's anymore I'm going to change my sig as it's definitely a gain.

My scales have been so inconsistent lately. I've not had the same reading two days in a row, and it varies from 204.5 to 207!
 
OMG a bath sounds so good! I wish I could really take one that lasts an hour and go completely under the water for a little LOL maybe TMI but I used to do that a lot when I was younger :p

I hope the scale looks good for you on Monday! (if not, I have a hammer I'd be more than happy to use :D)
 
Down 2lbs to 205.5 today..
No consistency whatsoever...
I didn't go out last night either so it's not a silly dehydrated reading..
I'm hoping I'll be back at 204.5 by monday.
Going to try convince Martin to set up the TV and Xbox in the front room today so I can play on the Kinect again.
And do my 30 Day Shred..Not looking forward to that but I need the exercise boost!!

I had another looooong bath yesterday :)
Was in well over an hour, the water had gotten cold by the time I was done lol but it was so worth it :D
 
Still haven't set up the bloody Xbox!! But Martin is going to do it tomorrow for me while I'm at uni :)
I may have to remind him though! :p
See what scales say, expecting 205.5/204.5 though.

Was really good today, stayed under my calories, even with 500ish calories of brownie :p
Food was good, and snacks other than the brownie were good. Drinking has been bad, had loads of pepsi max and only a little juice.
 
hey Red...why not stay off the scales for a week and let it settle down and be a nice suprise? Only if you are really really good for the week though!!

Also it helps me relax a bit when they aren't nice on weigh in day!!
Been 205.5 most of the week, 206.5 today... Silly scales!

Doing 30 day shred again from today, and dancing on dance central.
And eating has been really good so far :)

Scales being crap. I'm weighing every day but tracking it to see if there is a general downwards trend.. There isn't.
I'm now calories counting as well, and doing 30 day shred and dancing and walking a lot more.
Hoping for an improvement on the scales this week.
Back up to 206.5 and I've not even been THAT bad!!
 
Redpiggy, you got to just give it some time. Stick to it, don't get demotivated just because of a bad weigh in - so NO takeaways for two weeks...give your scales to a friend to keep from you and THEN see how you have done!!

I don't think I'm going to lose this week despite the exercise (min of 1 hour cardio a day, 3 days now go me!), because I'm going on a pub crawl tomorrow lol

being good today though so hopefully it'll stay the same and drop from next week.

I'm pretty good for takeaways these days, I used to have a couple every week, now it's a max of one a week, and when it is it's usually fish and chips, which isn't THAT bad, not compared to some anyway lol.

Tomorrow is so going to ruin it but I actually don't care.. I'm gunna have so mcuh fun lol :p
 
I haven't been drunk in ages :)
It was quite fun, some of his friends were a little odd these days, it's been nearly two years since we've seen some of them lol
I drank more than my daily calorie allowance...
And I had a takeaway but only ate two full slices not a whole pizza!
And only had one takeaway during the night, some people ate like 3 times!!!
I only ate my quarter pounder at McDs and about 5 chips.
But then when we got in I had VERY cheesy pasta lol
Tracking, I ate and drank about 3500 calories. But I did an absolute ton of walking instead of getting the bus or a taxi which I haven't taken into account yet, but I went over by roughly 2000 calories.
Ah well.. It was worth it, even if I might regret it by weigh in tomorrow.
I've been below 1500 every other day though, between 1200 and 1500 for nearly an entire week before hand, so hopefully shouldn't affect it by much if at all.
Maybe for a couple of days because of the sodium in the foods, but it shouldn't be a real gain so to speak.
