Tuesday 22 July

water = 1.5 litres
excercise = none

Wednesday 23 July

calories = 1700-1800
water = 2.5 litres
excercise = treadmill - 4 miles/6.5km/47mins

Thursday 24 July

calories = too many
water = 1.5 litres
excercise = rest day but did a bit of dancing (30mins maybe)

Friday 25 July

calories = 1100-1200 + 600
water = 1 litre
excercise = 1 hour horse riding

not the best of weeks at all!

my treadmill is broke!!! i am well dissapointed. need to get a new one and stick to the bike or the ellitical in the meantime. i can't believe it. just as soon as i started to get my running on track thats what happens. oh well. other than that everythings fine. :) hope you all are as well. x

Hey good to hear from you. i know what you mean by busy. i aynt been around much either. getting ready for september is taking its time lol. week is so far so good. hope yours is going well. x

not bad. that biking was good. i'm going to slowly build on that now that my treadmill has gone. until i get a new one i am going to form a bond with my bike. ;) tomorrow i'll try and do 7.5miles/12km on the bike and then 10miles/16km again on friday maybe. and then have a rest on Saturday. that is the plan lol. unless the bike breaks aswell in which case i need to save up a lot of money. :D

managed to do that biking just now. i think i will need a rest tomorrow. my legs are not happy with me at all today. will have to do the 10miles on saturday. got a long day saturday so will see what happens. this week has been really busy actually. gotta go into my school tomorrow and sort out the classroom before the summer is over. might do that tomorrow actually. have a good Friday. ;)

I'm sorry I haven't been around to visit in a while, honey, life is hectic and I'm finally learning how to manage the chaos!!

Thanx hon! don't worry about not visiting. i havent been around much either. its surprising how much of the holiday time actually goes into preparing for the next year. you are right life is hectic. best is to drop everything and take a break now and then.

haha! do not talk to me about pounds!! i think i am around 162-163 but these last 10-15 pounds just don't want to come of. my goal is 150 i think. but i am losing inches/cm so that is good. but i am scalentinos worst enemy at the moment!

thanx beautiful one!! i may well be her protegee! who know! but i tell you i am shattered after those walks. my legs are not happy with me today but i still had to bike hehe. probably pay for it tomorrow ;)

today has been my best bike session in along time. i think ever maybe. yeh it was only 20mins but it felt good and came of feeling like i had really had a wrokout. i could have done more but i don't want to overdo the excercise cause i will probably hurt myself or something and i am not eating as much as i should be really either. i'll be feeling the legs tomorrow though but thats a good thing hehe.
