hmmm i have neglected the diary a little bit lately haven't i. i still have loads of work to do especially since i'm going down south this weekend and then again for a week in a coule of weeks. so all the works gotta be crammed into these few days i've go in between. at least it'll be done though. i'll have hopefully written the last essay ever by the 2nd week of april. my 8000 worf essay is done. finished, gotta get it bound and whatnot today. i have got a lot of planning to do for my final placement of this year and course hopefully!!!
in weightloss news lol...i am still sticking to it... i haven't given up

. been having around 1500 cals for the last week...not above that though cos of he kudos challenge. been excercising like a bloomin maniac! but haven't been drinking enough water i realised. will have to do that and also eat some salmon for the amazing race challenge. and got 2 more hours excercise to do before friday so need to get taht in as well. weight is down to 157.4/157.8. so hopefully i will see around a 2lb loss for the challenge this week. make up for last week. my official weigh in day for the month is tomorrow and my goal was 155 but i'm sure i wont meet that but i'm not too bothered. also i haven't lost any cms off my waist. don't have a clue why but i have lost pounds on the scale. i is thiniking Scalentino and TM are a bit jealous of each other...oh if only they would fight over me and try to outdo each other by showing their kindness...never mind

oh well best get down to doing some work or doing some excercise or something. i will be back tomorrow maybe. hope you all had a good easter break and are seeing your goals!
