Wow, that is an excellent deal on the salmon, I must say. The sale price would even been cheap here in the states even though our dollar sucks, but 5.99 would be super expensive.... glad this challenge came on a good week. I'm rooting for your loss tomorrow... can't wait to read all of our posts!!!
 
hmmm i have neglected the diary a little bit lately haven't i. i still have loads of work to do especially since i'm going down south this weekend and then again for a week in a coule of weeks. so all the works gotta be crammed into these few days i've go in between. at least it'll be done though. i'll have hopefully written the last essay ever by the 2nd week of april. my 8000 worf essay is done. finished, gotta get it bound and whatnot today. i have got a lot of planning to do for my final placement of this year and course hopefully!!!
in weightloss news lol...i am still sticking to it... i haven't given up :p. been having around 1500 cals for the last week...not above that though cos of he kudos challenge. been excercising like a bloomin maniac! but haven't been drinking enough water i realised. will have to do that and also eat some salmon for the amazing race challenge. and got 2 more hours excercise to do before friday so need to get taht in as well. weight is down to 157.4/157.8. so hopefully i will see around a 2lb loss for the challenge this week. make up for last week. my official weigh in day for the month is tomorrow and my goal was 155 but i'm sure i wont meet that but i'm not too bothered. also i haven't lost any cms off my waist. don't have a clue why but i have lost pounds on the scale. i is thiniking Scalentino and TM are a bit jealous of each other...oh if only they would fight over me and try to outdo each other by showing their kindness...never mind ;)
oh well best get down to doing some work or doing some excercise or something. i will be back tomorrow maybe. hope you all had a good easter break and are seeing your goals!

I thought would pop by ...busy busy busy, but you sound like you are doing fantastic .. I used to blow my diet or lifestyle change when I was busy, like doing school .. I think its fantastic you are still trecking ...even while all these essays have to keep rolling ..

thanx hon. i've not seen it again yet but hoping to see it in the next week. got alot of water retention blah blah happening at the mo. :)

i've finished the paper now. and handed it in finally. just got alot of other randomness to do now. the next 3 months are gonna be a mad rush. got a test on tuesday need to work for taht now lol.

thanx it was a good deal and now i've got loads left over. :D. we got through that week..just about...lol. just hope we all see good losses this week. fingers crossed. best get on with this excercise now.

last 2 days haven't been the best of days so i'm gonna try extra hard this week expecially with the water. i want to see 157 again....i'm floating above it at the moment. so hopefully next week weigh in i should see it. i've been good this time considering i'm studying. usually i would get through packs and packs of chocolates. lol.

thanx soph. weigh in wasn't bad butcould have been a lot better. hope its better this week. as long as i work hard and stay within my calorie range and drink plenty of water! hope you're doing good and having a good weekend.

they weren't fighting very hard. hopefully they fight a lot harder this week so i see a loss on both the scale and the tapemeasure. i must be losing weight of summit else cus my waist is still the same but i'm dropping pounds. huh.

welll my weight is being silly again...and i haven't lost any cms in the last 2 weeks. so hoping next week is better. away at a wedding tomorrow and then got a test on tuesday that i have to work for. on wednesday i've got to hand like 9 plans in so better get those finished as well. then i've got abit of a break. can't wait!!! i've got 90mins excercise done. need to get a lot more done before friday so i see a good loss this week. and gotta keep my cals low and water high. i think i need to start recording those again evryday so i keep on top of everything.
ok better do some excercise and some work. have a good weekend people!

Bleh--I'm sorry your weight is being silly. But I'm sure with all that running around, you'll barely have time to eat, let alone eat the wrong thing (though, really, that's exactly the time when one does--sigh).

lol. i just about get everything done in the day which means my food choices aren't all that good nowadays.

i hate the scale. it doesn't usually get to me but it is now because of these challenges. arghh!

haha you are sooo right. my food choices have not been good recently and my water drinking hasn't been good either. i am making more of an effort though nowadays.

hey the wedding was good! tireing but good.

the scale isn't really getting to me. i just don't want to be chucked out of the challenge. :D

i can't wait till i'm not so busy either. the worst thing is i'm gonna get busier before i finish this course. i can't wait till i finish!!! hope you had a good weekend and hope the metabolism is starting to get back on track.
