You know what Ang, I've been the same weight for weeks, according to my un-trusty scale. It's lies, I swear it does. I mean, I can *visualize* my bodies changes, and that's enough for me now.
And if it's any consolation, I'm stuck in the upper fifties too. (((Big Hugs)) Don't fret, hon. We'll get back movin' in no time.
For cardio, I suggest a brisk walk/jog. I'd definitely recommened running, but some of those here are unlike myself in their ability to run four miles. It may seem like nothing to me, but a mountain climb to those who haven't trained themselves for a year. Lol.

If you're losing inches, it could be you're gaining a bit of muscle, causing Scalentino to misbehave. I've also noticed your calories are a bit higher this week. As you shrink away, you can't eat as much unless you up your exercise to compensate for your slimmer self.![]()
I have found that Scalentino is very touchy, and easily disgruntled--typical Latin lover, right? haha

today has been one of those days where nothing goes right so i am not going to bother with it. i'll be lucky if i am still at 157 tomorrow. eating has not been bad but no excercise today. tomorrow is a new scale and a new month. hope to lose a few pounds plus inches during march.
