157!!!! wth is wrong with me?! actually don't start. have a better weight loss day then mine people ;)

You know what Ang, I've been the same weight for weeks, according to my un-trusty scale. It's lies, I swear it does. I mean, I can *visualize* my bodies changes, and that's enough for me now.

And if it's any consolation, I'm stuck in the upper fifties too. (((Big Hugs)) Don't fret, hon. We'll get back movin' in no time.

For cardio, I suggest a brisk walk/jog. I'd definitely recommened running, but some of those here are unlike myself in their ability to run four miles. It may seem like nothing to me, but a mountain climb to those who haven't trained themselves for a year. Lol.

thanx hon. i've put on a pound this month but lost a cm from my waist. its just too wierd but then again weight loss is wierd.

i love a good run but don't know if i'll have time for it today-might later on in the evening. have got to do some ST aswell sometime today or tomorrow.

so far the friday is not soo bad.

If you're losing inches, it could be you're gaining a bit of muscle, causing Scalentino to misbehave. I've also noticed your calories are a bit higher this week. As you shrink away, you can't eat as much unless you up your exercise to compensate for your slimmer self. ;)

lol scalentino is not likin me at the moment maybe because i eat too much!! i aam going to have to reduce my cals and do a bit more excercise i have realised. i hope i am gaining muscle though...sounds exciting but doubt that can happen with me in acalorie decifit and all.

ok so from tomorrow i have to start consuming around 1500 cals a day if i want to lose weight. shocking especially as i have had days having 1900 and over. no wonder i aynt losing weight. also i will be excercising. am going to try and get 210 mins excercise a week including 3 ST sessions and a bit of swimming if i am feeling brave. ;)

today has been one of those days where nothing goes right so i am not goingto bother with it. i'll be lucky if i am still at 157 tomorrow. eating has not been bad but no excercise today. tomorrow is a new scale and a new month. hope to lose a few pounds plus inches during march. all these challenges should help!

today has been one of those days where nothing goes right so i am not going to bother with it. i'll be lucky if i am still at 157 tomorrow. eating has not been bad but no excercise today. tomorrow is a new scale and a new month. hope to lose a few pounds plus inches during march.

Hi Angel! You know what I like about you? You have your bad days/weeks [like the rest of us] but you know that tomorrow is a new day and you get right back at it. It is very motivating to see you keep a positive attitude and willingness to try new things to figure out the right combination for your body. :hurray:

I wanted to be at 159.9 today but I'm at 160.4. Only .5lbs away from the 150's. Hopefully I can offer support to you and also learn from you as we move closer to the 140's. Have a great week!!

thanx hon! i try to stay posititve. i just gets a bit frustrating sometimes but that doesn't help much does it...you gotta keep going. lol!

oooh you are so very nearly in the 150s. we seem to be fairly neck and neck. i got a new scale (a more accurate on) and apparently i weigh 162.4 as of today so am hoping to be in the 150s soon. it will be great to travel t our goal together!

Excercise today: 1st March 2008

5 mins bike
10 mins cross-trainer
30 mins ST
20 mins treadmill

total = 65 mins!


i am getting there!

so today i went to this conference with a free buffet thing! controlled myself quite well after my rubbishy week. had about 800 calories by overestimation and still managed to stay within 1500 today. hopefully tomorrow should be a little easier. i always find the first day of a new plan really difficult and then it seems to get easier. as long as i don't decide to have a good binge before bed i should be ok ;).

I like your plan, and I'm happy for you for being such a good girl today. I'm sure Scalentino will be impressed at your devotion to him. ;)

tooo right...alll i did was spend abit of quality time with food! :D

Scalentino is very jealous of food, but not exercise. It's strange. :biggrinjester:
