My cat likes to sleep on my head, and I always have to save him some milk in my cereal bowl. He sits there and watches me as I eat it like he's making sure I leave him some. Every time he sees me with the bowl, he goes crazy with excitement. It's so damn cute.

That's cool that it's official with the job. A criminal background check eh? What dirt could they possibly dig up on you? You're my Angelic One.

Bah, forget the dance--just start eating cabbage--a cup a day for 5 days.

Pretty sure my mirror is the only thing that's seem me naked in a very, very long time. If my dogs did, they'd run away. LOL.

You know what Ang, I don't know if I could LIVE without junkfood. And by junkfood I mean CHOCOLATE!!!!! Yes, I know. I'm obsessed and addicted. I am ashamed....partially. LOL.

i know!! you and chocolate cannot be torn apart! hmm maybe scalentino is jealous of chocolate! i am having cravings of sweet things this week. today is day 3 of challenge and i haven't had any. dad mum and sis are having belgian praline right now while watching prison break...dad keeps saying don't look this way lol. he knows what i'm like with chocolate!

Heyy,

You know on weight watchers how they have points - each food is a certain number of points and you can have say 20 points a day? well slimmings world's points are called syns. I don't know how they're calculated, probably some scary equation involving calories and algebra. I juts look them up in the big book which has syn values for loads of food in.

i really did want to have a better workout today but its been one of those fridays. i hope i get a better one in tomorrow! i am really neglecting my ST. i feel really horrible though now especially after that pasta! dad keeps saying i'm overdoign the excercise....hello i haven't excercised in 3 days...apart from walks.

now he's been trying to tempt me with chocolate...seriously i am on a no junk week lol! anyway day 3 has been completed of that challenge!

had a presentation today. passed it so i'm free for most of the weekend now. then i have to start writing the 3000 word essay for friday. you should see me around a bit more until monday. aren't you lucky lol!

so tomorrow is my measure day. been a week since i measured myself.hoping to see a cm loss seeing as thats what i got half way through the week but this pasta may get me all bloated!

Your family sounds very happy. How many siblings do you have? Sounds like you get on well with your parents. I don't know why the idea of your family watching Prison Break struck me as funny, I guess b/c it's a silly American show. I don't watch it myself, but my mom does/did I think it got cancelled. Oh the horror.

aaah you hear about them on a good day. actually we are quite a haapy family. i have 3 bros and a sis. all younger...all babies lol. and now theres this other guy nearly part of the family lol...he stays here all day and then goes sleep at home...hes like an adopted bro now lol!so on most days there is 8 of us!

prison break is not a silly american show!! it is amazing! the best show ever! wentworth miller helloooo! i am addicted but they are showing the next series on a channel i haven't got so i have to wat till its out on dvd

Truth be told, because I lost my last thirty pounds in the fall/winter season and it's just been TOO COLD out to ride a bike. I can gurantee you, that now that I *am* lighter, I'll be able to bike for a further distance. I'm getting really excited about getting my baby all fixed up and riding it around town in the spring/summer. Now that I have three times as much stammina, I may enjoy it three times as much as I did last year!

My CorEvolution is REALLY helping me out. It targets all of my core muscles and helps it so I'm hardly ever sore after I've worked out. It's really building up the right muscles. My back hardly ever hurts and if I strain it, it's better in no time it seems.

Cool! All of us here (in my family) have bikes and we go riding a lot when the weather is nice. But it's more of a leisure thing - except for the hills! Well the corEvolution thing looks like it would work your abs.

OMG! i love lost! i miss it! again on a channel i don't have. i've seen the first 2 seasons. have to buy the 3rd but it was supposed to be one of my treats for losing an inch but now i am thinking haircut and a nice pair of heels for the wedding might be a better idea. hmm. might get it in june once i finish this course!

its really good. sometimes it feels small cos the boys are usually out all day and sis is stuck in her room (teenager what can you do) so it is usually just me around (peace!!)...but evenings are good when everyones at home.

i think we did a pretty good thing for the poor child. he better apprecaite it lol! he is great though! in a few weeks he was like part of the family. i love people like that who you can just know by seeing them a few times. hell i have known people for years and still don't know them. soo annoying!

yep can do. they are around £40 quids which is a likle out of my price range but once i hit my 5inch loss i will have definitley earnt it. i'm persuading mom to buy it but she wants to watch the first 2 seasons first...yep shes behind! a lot behind! i saw it on amazon for 32 the other day but that went as soon as i clicked on add to basket...gutted!
