Good grief! I wouldn't want to relieve my teen years for anything--well, I guess I'd do it if someone offered me a million dollars. :D My 20s were sooo much fun. I had a blast, and I'm sure you will, too. :)

well ive got another 8-9 years of the 20s coming. lets hope they are all good. i likedmy teens after 16.

Congrats on getting your fiber in the other day--and for being back to 156. :hurray:

thanx but i tell you its nt worth the taste of taht all bran cereal. today i am changing the diet but still getting the fibre hopefully!

No, that doesn't sound to low to me. Personally, I try to aim for 1700 at the least. Because I run off 600+ cals when I run, anything less than that wouldn't be enough for me, imo.

I can't do without water either. If I don't get it and ALOT of it, I get cranky. Haha.

thanx rach. i don't burn much through excercise. on a good day about 500 in an hour otherwise less. you do really wel! :hurray:

water is great! i didn't realise until a few years ag when i started to realise i get headaches when i don't have enough.

156lb again today!:hurray: 30 mins walking. calories = 850 (750 left). fibre = 12.7 (12.3 left). water = 1 litre (1.3l left)

not bad as long as i keep on track for the rest of the day.

You need to post pics because at your height and weight, I'll bet you look great.

You are doing really well. Your new resolutions seem to be assisting your weight loss efforts.

One thing is for sure - our weights may be fairly similar but you are certainly a lot slimmer than me because you are three inches taller than me. It must be lovely to be tall.

I liked my late teens (but hated it before age 18) and early to mid twenties. I think that the main negative thing about my late twenties was based on me putting on a lot of weight.

All this conversation about age in your diary is depressing for those of us over 40. I will be quite happy with 40 and 50 being the new 20 thankyou. The new 30 maybe at a pinch! I think that everyone should agree as you will all benefit from it eventually.

hmm yeh weight can have an effect on alot of things. with me i didn't realise how big i was until very recently (i think i was 17/18). even though i was told all my life i was big i never accepted it.

no pics..me being muslim and all can't have pics floating around...but maybe if i am happy with myself one day, you might get lucky and i might PM you some before and afters. ;) for now keep patient.

not a bad day once agai. cals a bit low. dunno how. i have been eating all day. might be summat to do with waking up late hmmm. anyway i will make up for it later in the week ;).

i bought a new scale today and it says i weigh 163lbs. that is 7lbs more than my old one. i have had the old one all my life and the new one is electronic and all and i tried it afew times and it was accurate so i dunno how there can be 7lbs difference between 2 scales. i dunno which one is correct. i mean 7lbs is a lot of weight. its the difference between me being normal and overweight. hmm. anyway i am going by my old one for now until i visit the docs and see what they weigh me as. and then go from there.

hummmm thats wired. Well I have an idea for the scales... get a 5 lbs dumbbell or something else and weigh it on both to see what they say... let me know if it works.

WOW GOOD IDEAL!!!!I have 2 scales and I hate the newer one so I don't use it I still weigh on the one that said I was 255 lol.
Anyway measure to as well I have started doing that since I have started the contest here and you can tell that way to.Have a nice weekend:party:

i'm doing that. i might start using the new one if its more accuarate and just record the loss rather tahn the weight. i would hate to be back up to 163 lol! even though according to that scale i stared at 170!!! oh its too confusing.

i a m taking measurements. i do every month. i dont think i have lost much this month. wait till the 1st march to find out.
