That was so 10 years ago.
Listen to your body; if it's telling you to take a day off, then take a day off. The key is to know when your body is just being lazy or if it just needs a bit of extra recovery.
Keep at it. You'll figure it out.
That was a good post by evo.
What is your diet like, you say its good, post it and let one analyze it. Sometimes not getting enough complex carbs in the diet, can make the body lethargic and unmotivated, and sometimes can cause depression. This is one of the reasons I stand by my claim, while protein IS important, its NOT the defacto in growing muscle......in the total circumference of what the body needs.
Check your rest periods in between workouts, and track how you felt before this work out. Did you progress, how did you feel, etc. Was there a change in a food item you ate, or any other change. Do you keep a diet journal. If you did, this is one key that COULD assist you in finding the answer. Do you track your rest periods? If you do, do you track how you did in conjunction with these rest periods. Do you track your progression? Tracking in this sense, can give one an idea what do with this low energy and find its cause (s).
And Evo is right, sometimes its a flat case of the the body, and not necessarily, you in the mind (or biological reason) that is just being lazy. Connect the mind to this, and kick it into gear........IF this is the problem.
Knowing the DIFFERENCE in the feelings one has IS important to sort out the answer. When one DOEST know this causes the frustration, but there is a potential cure.
Tracking your rest periods along with weight progression tracking. Having a diet journal. When something surfaces, you can narrow it down, and separate the data, and KNOW pretty close to whats going on. End result---- THE BROTHA DON'T POST----PISSED OFF!..................LOL.........and this is all good!
TRACK, TRACK......to can get one on track......when the chips get down, and then you can go to down town and win your weight crown! ROCK ON!
KNOW your body feedback, and while a journal may not be for everyone, it does have power. It has the power to show YOU what your feeling..........and puts this data in your UPPER tower, and thus more POWER............
No more PISSED OFF!................LOL.............Rock on bro!
Check yourself..........HOW BAD DONT you want to feel this way again.? Whats that.....you dont like it? OKAY:
DO WHAT IT TAKES
