155, yey!! Congrats on the weightloss honey!!

How many days a week do you have school at the uni? The best part about college, imo, is that the classes and hours are flexible, unlike high school where the routine is strict and unbendable.

What's your goal again, Ang? Is it 145? 140?

thanx rach! i have been floating around 156/155 this week. so hoping the scale is kind to me soon and lets me see that 154 at least!

i go to uni 3 halfdays a week. tues,wed and fri! its really good. i'm out of uni more than in. but when i have my teaching practice in schools then its all week(unbendable routine!)

my goal is 135 but may have to change. i'm looking more at inches then weight. once i get to about 25-27inch waist i'll be happy. the thing is with my large frame and height even that might be a bit small so not sure. but i've got 24'' and 130lbs as my minimum!

well today i am aching all over. serves me right for doing 2hours yesterday. so yeh didn't do any excercise today. got uni all day tomorrow so doubt i'll be getting any in tomorrow either which is not very good. means i have to get about 2 and half hours of excercise in 3 days. i will do my best. :D

i am really exhausted and also this website isn't coming up clear so i can't be visiting anyone today but i will tomorrow. ;)

Yeah, the website being a bit messed up was annoying, but it looks like it's okay now.

I am happy your weight went back down to 155 pounds ...before you know it ..it will drop to 154 pounds ..and so on ...and downward treck ... two hours of exercise .. I would be hurting .. I did almost an hour today .. I am trying to work it up ...

You are such an inspiration to me ... I have to say ...the determination ... you just keep trecking!! You go girly!!

I am looking forward to reaching my ultimate goal of 160 pounds ...but will be happy in May or June when I reach 275 ...

ugh 156 for the last 2 days --- i have run out of things to blame now! anyway i am changing to the new scale on the 1st of March so i'll be back up in the 160s very soon..hehe ;)

i'm becoming a primary school teacher. so basically teaching children aged 4-11 but i will be able to teach all ages once i finish. can't wait! less then 4 months to go!

today i am still at 156! sometimes the pounds just don't want to leave but its fine one day they will all decide to go all together! yeah right!

i am going to be using the new scale on the 1st of March which will mean that all my stats will change and it also means that i may be eating too less calories for my body! that will be fun woohoo! it is the more accurate scale. i think the other one is far too old now and has lost its touch.

got 30mins of walking in today already yay! am back in the gym later for an hour! hope it helps the scale be kind to me tomorrow!

oh yeh on a seperate issue you may have heard we had an earthquake in england! 5.2 in the middle of the night. woke me up! didn't know what was happening. first time i felt an earthquake. it was wierd! thankfully it didn't cause any damage anywhere apart from a few brken chimneys and no one got hurt badly.
