Hello Angel, I just noticed today that you had previously posted on my diary. I don't know how I missed it before. I think it is pretty cool that we are right there at the same starting weight and trying to get to the same goal number. I need to weigh myself tomorrow and update my ticker. My weight has been all over the place lately...

I'll be posting more regularly and checking in to see how you are doing as well.

hey thanx for visiting! my weight has been all over the place as well. its been floating between 155 and 157 the last few days. crazy! but i'm gonna update next month. i only lose about a pound a week if that so no point me updateing weekly. lol!

Hi there, I haven't been around much recently, but I wanted to pop in and see how you're doing. Sorry about the elimination, but WELL DONE on breaking through that plateau. Excellent work! :party:
So you're wearing your pedometre at school. Amazing how much trotting around we do, isn't it? Part of my weight gain came when I was off work with the baby - not when I was pregnant with him (in fact, I gained nothing when I was pregnant! he took it all!) but because I took a couple of years off to look after him, I was just so... static. I just wasn't moving! So running around at school, between desks, back and forwards to the board, up and down stairs... it all helps.

hey Auburn! You got in here while i was replying to the others lol! thanx for visiting. i just seem so busy lately. its my last week of school practice this week and i've got so much to do! can't wait to finish and get back onto excercising! the walking is great around school and i can see the difference on my legs but my stomache feels horrible even though i took measurements and i have lost a cm over the last 2 weeks so who knows whats going on. it is amazing how much walking gets done during the day. i get more done at school in one day than i do over 2 days at home. its wierd...but good lol!

Hi Angel

I am sure that you will be pleased to get a reduction off your legs - because I imagine you will like showing them off in the summer. It isnt just about your waist.

You will enjoy getting back to your normal exercise routine soon. You may be able to have a comparitively restful time.

Are you entering the body transformation challenge? I think that they are still taking entries despite the title implications. It seems to be made for you since you get such a good result with the tape measure. I have entered because I can never resist a challenge. I dont expect to lose to many inches but keep being optimistic that my body will surprise me! Three months is a long time....

waist = 34.3 inch/87 cm - 32.1 inch/81.5cm (2.2inch/5.5cm lost) -30.9inch/78.5cm (1.2inch/3cm lost) - 25.2 inch/64cm (5.7inch/14.5cm to go)

i weighed myself today and i've put on 2lbs since the 1st but my measurements are the same so i'm not too bothereD i just don't get it i've nearly lost 2 dress sizes but only 6-8lbs. its wierd!

i'm gona visit everyones diaries later. seems like haven't 'talked' to anyone in ages!!! but first i have got to cook and also this mouse on my laptop is anoying me so am gonna wait till sis gets bak from town wid a new one...hehe.

i know i can't believe that even though i didn't excercise i lost a few cms...and last week was horrible eatingwise aswell but still i maintained my inch loss (put on 2lbs though but i aint complaining)!!

yep its the same thing. call it student teaching, placement, teaching practice...whatever you want! lol!

MONTH 3 - WEEK 2 - DAY 2 - 9th feb 08

weight = 158

calories = 1700-1800

water = 2.25 litres

Exercise = 0


right so i am back and want to lose these 3lbs i've put on really quick. hopefully most is water weight but today i weighed 158 again so not tooo sure. my measurements haven't changed so dunno whats happening.

calories where a bit high iu think i am trying to aim for about 1600 a day but otherwise below my maintaining level so not bad.

water is great gotta keep that up but have to start excercising as well...maybe tuesday.

got loads of marking to do today before tomorrow. lets see what the kids have learnt from me...if anything lol!

hah!! not a good day today weightloss project/healthy lifestyle wise. but got all the work marked and sorted. will sort myself out tomorrow and get a little more organised before tuesday....hopefully.

The extra lbs could be muscle, water weight or glycogen. If you've been eating well, I doubt it's fat--especially as your measurements are still the same. I wouldn't worry about it.

same here i need to get my excercise up and running again.
plan is tomorrow morning but will see how i go. haven't excercised vigorously for over a month.
