You are doing so awesome girl! I hope you had a great weekend! I just couldn't get motivated to get out and exercise today, but I swear I will tomorrow. My husband gets up at 5, but I don't know if I could do that. Maybe I need to think of all of you guys here to get myself in gear!
 
It's a shame that you miss out on the bonus because of the cake - but I can fully understand why you felt you had to eat it. I'll bet you enjoyed it - home made cakes are always yummy and people feel very insulted if you dont have some when they have gone to all that effort.

the cake was great! i was surprised seeing as it was first time for them. i really wanted full bonus though! maybe next week if im still in!

Dont worry at all about not having done any exercise today. You had visitors and couldnt fit it in. For the challenge you can do your 5 hours of exercise split up any way that you want so it doesnt matter if it is not spread evenly. Just make sure that it adds up to at least 5 hours.

i've got to do an hour a day to get the 5 hours for the week but i thin i can do that! especially if i go for a walk thats more exciting than being stuck in room!

"Half ton Mum" was such a sad story. The thing is that no-one wants to end up like that. Everyone thinks that it couldnt happen to them until it does. At least she was able to have kids and a lot of overweight people are not that lucky.

i totally agree. i was 147 lowest i remember and then about 2 years later i'm 180! and i thought if i carry on im gonna be over 200 but i can understand how a little bit every now and then doesn't get noticed!

Hey Angel...I'm so impressed with how far you've come in terms of exercising and eating healthy. Before you were worried about how long you'd be able to keep it up, and now it seems as if there is no stopping you! You are doing so great!! :)

i had an amazing weekend but sleepless nights...thats what happens when you see people after a long time! i wouldn't be able to excercise at that time but when i do excercise early in the dat i feel better during the day. probably psycological. MARGARET (OMEGA) does about 24 hours of excercise in the week!! think of her when you're excercising!

It's going alright. I only want to lose about 5-8 more lbs, but have been maintaining for the past 2 weeks or so.

It's really hard to avoid drinking and partying when I'm in my last 5 months of school, and everyone tells me I'm crazy and look fine already. I'm trying to find a good balance between enjoying my last 5 months of college and eating healthy and exercising. I'm also trying to just think more positively about my body and who I am. Sometimes I beat myself up so much about things when I should really be proud of myself bc I am at a perfectly healthy weight for my height. If I lose more than 8 lbs I'll be considered underweight according to BMI so sometimes I think I have more issues to deal with mentally than I have weight to lose.

I'm in a predictament tonight though because my school's football team is playing in the National Championship tonight. I have the cutest outfit to wear and everyone is partying. I only want to have a couple drinks (have to wake up at 6:30am to start an internship tomorrow), but I am going to feel so guilty if I do! Ahhh we'll see what happens!

Sometimes I just don't think my last 5 months of school are the best time to try to lose the last 5 "vanity" pounds! I'm afraid I'm going to end up missing out on a lot of great times and memories I'll keep with me when I'm out of here. *sigh*

i don't think pounds is the best way of measuring your loss at the moment. think about measuring yourself now because 5 pounds here or there will not have much change on our body so jusst think about how much inches you want to lose now. i say inches i mean how much of an inch lol!

i'm with ya on this one. i want to look good on graduation but you are already at a great weight so enjoy yourself but maintain your weight. lift up your self esteem. you look great! you are healthy...no point losing the next few pounds if you are going to end up being very close to underweigt. it brings a lot of health problem...i know cos my cousins are bordering that BMI and they are hardly ever well. you need to be confident about yourself!

GO HAVE FUN!!! its 1 day...just keep to your limits and wake up for your internship.

MONTH 2 - WEEK 2 - DAY 4

weight = 160.5 (-0.5)

calories = 1600-1700 (0 'bad') - a bit high though

water = 2 litres

Exercise = 40 mins walk


overall not a bad day. i could have done better on calories but my water is back to normal after a really dodgy day yesterday (i only had 500mls at the most).

excercise was a bit of brisk walking. need to do some vigorous excercise to make up for those extra calories. got 3 hours of excercise to do before friday (BLS CHALLENGE).

i didn't have any bad calories though so thats another 4 points to my total. i hope i do enough this week to go through to the next. need to lose a bit more pounds though. we shall see the scale on friday.

If you need a drill sergeant, just do what I do--picture a hot man in uniform along side you while exercising kinda yelling at you a bit to get your arse moving faster..lmao. Yes, I'm weird. :D

was down half a pound am up a pound today. as long as i lose it by friday all is good!
