Month 2 - Week 2 - Day 1


thanx everyone for visiting and all your support. :grouphug:

MONTH 2 - WEEK 2 - DAY 1

weight = 161 (+1)

calories = 1400-1500 (0 'bad')

water = 2 litres

Exercise = 12 mins cross trainer + 10 mins treadmill + 18 mins bike + 20 mins step aerobic = 1 hour!!!

heart rate average = 189 and 150, heart rate max = 222 and 175


so today has been amazing...thanx to TBLS challenge!!! i hope i keep it up throughout this challenge...however far i get!

exercise has been good..btw i got 2 values for the heartrate because i did 2 30min sessions today (aren't i good). and OMG i am seeing bones and muscles which i never new existed! it is soo cool!

i measured myself today and my waist has gone down by 2cm (i will update the ticker when i have my monthly measurement) but my bust and hips have gotten bigger..how that has happened i don't understand but hopefully they'll come off before the monthly measures!!

Also, my diet and exercise went all to hell when I started my teacher prep program--so you have huge kudos coming from me! Good job!
 
Hello! Just been reading your dairy so i thought i'd drop by and say a quick hi! It sounds like you're doing really well soo far and seem to have a really posative attitude towards eveything aswell :) I love that your ticker is in inches and not pounds aswell coz i think measurements can show a better picture than what the scale says because our weight can fluctuate for many reasons!!

I noticed your at uni, i am aswell! I hope your having a good time although sounds like you have a lot of work to... guess that is what being at uni is all about tho eh? I've had a bit of a shock this year coz i'm in my second year and the work and pressure compared to the first year is maddness!! Ah well!!

Good luck for the rest of your journey... keep your posative atitude going! :)

thanx ive been okay...last 3 days got 80 mins of excercise done and 1 bad day of junk food(today)! can't believe it but had to taste a first time baked cake by a cousin.

i'm well pleased with the bones...i can still see them! woohooo!

ps. i watched half ton mum today. that was scary! just reminded me of why im doing that. i want to have children and see them grow up!

aww thanx hun! im glad u lyked the idea!

hopefully i graduate in 5 months! can't wait! in england so yrs r-6 so i think thats grades 1-7...not sure though lol...age range 4-11!

im worried about my teaching block...calories will be okay...im worried about the excercise and its all running through this challenge so i hope i keep on track and it motivates me to excercise.

thanx for visiting and welcome to the diary! keep popping in! yeh as long as im losing inches and feeling healthy i will stay positive! i better stay positive! hehe! everyone is keeping me on track. i used to have my ticker in pounds and i only lost 3lbs so far but am losing inches a lot more so ive changed it...plus my goal is to look a certain way not weigh a certain number!

work does catch up after a while. this is my final year and i feel really thrown in the deep end...but it wil be over in 5 months hopefully! can't wait.

good luck with your journey aswell! i will visit your diary soon.

day so far has been wierd lol! i had so many bad calories today but still below my limit for the day nad i haven't done any excercise because had visitors from all over england! its wierd how everyone decyds to visit on the same day!

we better look fly...we are soo gonna get there!

It's a shame that you miss out on the bonus because of the cake - but I can fully understand why you felt you had to eat it. I'll bet you enjoyed it - home made cakes are always yummy and people feel very insulted if you dont have some when they have gone to all that effort.

Dont worry about it as I am sure that some other people in your team will drop some points. My weight is currently up so I might well be getting some negative weight points.

Dont worry at all about not having done any exercise today. You had visitors and couldnt fit it in. For the challenge you can do your 5 hours of exercise split up any way that you want so it doesnt matter if it is not spread evenly. Just make sure that it adds up to at least 5 hours.

"Half ton Mum" was such a sad story. The thing is that no-one wants to end up like that. Everyone thinks that it couldnt happen to them until it does. At least she was able to have kids and a lot of overweight people are not that lucky.

Hey Angel...I'm so impressed with how far you've come in terms of exercising and eating healthy. Before you were worried about how long you'd be able to keep it up, and now it seems as if there is no stopping you! You are doing so great!! :)
