I know things are very hard right now, but don't feel like you have to go through this alone. Many of us have gone through this and we know how you feel. Day 1 - February 8th 2009
140 Days till my 21st (coming-of-age) Birthday!
"3rd Time Lucky!"

Exersize: 350 Calories on Treadmill, Situps, Arms, Pecs and Chest (3 or 4 sets each)
Calorie Intake: 1427 (Goal is between 1300 and 1500)

I'm back for Round Three! My weight has been one hell of a roller coaster but I'm ready to get it back on track for my 21st Birthday in June.

Went to the gym today and couldn't manage much cardio wise (in relation to before) but I'm sure I'll get back into the swing of things. I have 140 days to get rid of 5kg of holiday weight, and 5kg of extra weight I haven't been able to shed ever.

Lets hope I can do it - here's to new beginnings!
