Worked out 6 Days out of 7 (from Weigh in) and only lost that much :(
 
Took Friday and Saturday off, Did workouts Sunday and Today

Weigh in: 83,8kg --- Lost another 0,6kgs
Total Weight Loss in First 4 Weeks: 2.3kgs (Too Low! Gonna work harder!)

I need to pick it up now, still have 8,8kgs to lose!

For the Americans:
I've lost 18,7 Pounds
Still have 19,36 to Go

Up 0.2! So dissapointed! But had a crazy weekend, if you know what I mean.

Unacceptable, I only have 8 weeks left before December Holiday and I must reach at least 77 kgs!

Ok my new Mini-Goal is to weigh 82.3kgs on Halloween --->

That will mark me losing 10kg's/22Pounds...

Then I have 5 weeks to do final hard work, so I can hopefully crack a weight of about 77/78.
 
Worked out ONCE last week. So dissapointed.

But worked out again today, so getting back on track. I WILL do 7 days this week, and I need to start performing!

Not weighing in this week.
 
Its okay ready, we all get behind, believe me! I have gained quite a few pounds back, but hope to shed em!! Just curious, what is ur workout routine and how well has it been working??

My Routine is 4kms on the Treadmill @ 9km/h
150 Sit-ups in Sets
Weight Training
Often I add 500 Skips or So

It works well if I eat properly ;)

Ive had a few off weeks myself - unfortunatly it shows in the lack of loss i think.

Ok, I'm now going to be trying a new diet! I have about 6 weeks left before I leave for a Beach Holiday, so I must get the last couple of pounds off! + I am doing the November Challenge so I have to work hard too!

My new diet involves Calorie Counting! Fun, I know!
I have, based on calculation, set myself the ideal of total intake after the day being 1750 calories maximum. This will help ensure a loss of close to a kilogram a week, and will help me get closer to my goal.

I only started this halfway through today and by 4pm I realized I was already close to 2000 calories! This mainly because I ate two slices of a great desert and that was like 700 calories! Ouch! Anyway, still have to Gym tonight and yes, I plan on working out every day, to make sure I maintain the 1750.

Anyway, Weigh-in will be today and then I'll have 5 weeks to lose as much as possible. I leave in 5 weeks and 2 days!

EDIT: Weigh-in at 83kgs! So hopefully I can reach 78 in 5 weeks! Hold thumbs!
 
Ok So as we now know I want to only have 1750 Calories a day.....

So today I only started this halfway so I went a little over...

Day 1, Thursday 26 October
2508 Intake for Today (Ate High-Cal Desert before I started today!)
550 On Treadmill (Worked Hard! + Situps and Weights + Swimming)
Total: 1958 Calories

Still worked hard and anything under 2000 is still alright! According to my sheet I must be under 2200 a day to lose 0.5 in a week.........
So from tomorrow its 1750 and under!
 
Way to go ready! I know what u mean about comments helping, it seems like I dont get any anymore! lol. But I hope ur diet is going great!! And I know u can do this!! Good luck!~:)
