Guys I have big news! Firstly I want to add that I am now down to 89.6kgs --- meaning I have lost a whopping 2.7kgs! I am so proud of myself!

Secondly, I need to inform you that I visited a doctor today (specialist) and he was checking out a mysterious bump in my chest and it turns out it is my ribcage that has shifted through my major growth sperts as a teenager! Its nothing major but I have to go for surgery on the 11th of April where they "shave" the bone and try sort my ribcage out.

I will be in hospital for 3 days and I cannot do ANY SPORT for a whole term! (April to August) I am going to try see if I can do SOME exersize so I don't gain all my weight back, otherwise this is pointless! I will have to watch what I eat also, and apparently I am going to be in pain for at least 2 weeks!

Just wanted to let you guys know, hopefully by then I'll have reached my goal (I am increasing my routine to help my cause)

Wow !!! Great news about the weight loss.... Do you know how much that is in pounds ? (for us metric illiterate people)... Guess I should find a chart somewhere... Great workouts !!!

Sorry to hear about the surgery. I have never heard of that before. Doesnt sound like anything to be alarmed about, but if ok with you I will keep you in my prayers.... It is a couple months off and it sounds like you have a plan. I have no doubt you will reach your goal since you have such awesome workouts. Just be carefull and dont overdo it...

While you are recooperating you will need to find ways to stay motivated so that when you are better you will be back on the exercise band wagon... Remeber, this is a life style change, not a quick weight loss scheme....Dont forget there are always motivational tapes you can check out at your local library...

Sounds like you are doing good with the food intake and exercise! I hope your surgery isnt to major or anything. I miss tennis so much!! I cant wait for summer........I love tennis!
