The Coffeebro Before, During and soon to be After

You look wonderful... I always wonder (with everyone, but obviously moreso with myself since I do see myself more than anyone else), if we look so darn good with only 1/3 (in my case) or 1/2 in yours gone... how amazing will we look when it is all gone??

Which reminds me, I should take pics, so I can see myself shrinking!

Well done "daddy" I am sure those boys are loving that you are way more fit now and can play and run with them so much more! I know my lovebugs do (I am their nanny and honestly it was worth losing this just so that I could carry them up the stairs on my back and not die of a collapse at the top of the stairs!).

Yes, I feel incredible! I can run, play softball, jump, bend, sleep and touch my toes! :hurray: I have never felt physically better in my entire life. Its wonderful.

Let me ask you guys this. Have any of you had friends or family not gotten very excited as you have about the weight loss because they just dont understand what it mean to you, or what it took to do it?

I have someone that is supportive but I just feel a little let down because they just dont seem to realize the impact that this is having on me.

Right on :hurray:
It must feel great to finally feel your toes
This summer you can go out without feeling trapped in your body

About your question..there are a few people who don't feel as excited, but it's alright. What matters is that your excited, happy and healthy.

i have someone like that in my life. However, they've always been like that from the time I was a little girl. I honestly believe that had a lot to do with my self esteem and it only manifested as I got older. Even now this person knows I'm losing weight and working out a lot and still they tell me that I wont look good until I'm my sister in law's weight.. which is 105.... that weight may be fine for her but not for me. i'll be happy if i can just get to 170

Miracles of miracles! She finally has started taking an interest in my weight lose. Only took 44 pounds to do it. Good Grief.

now i realize the growth is going to get bigger -and your tummy is going to get smaller butyou should do progress pics in the same pose :) and your final pic is the growth's arms wrapping all the way around you :D

Ha ha that's a great idea!
You look great! Your stomach is NOTICEABLY smaller! NICE JOB!

This is a great transformation in the process. Thanks for sharing all of this... very motivating stuff.

What was the Victory today?

I was in a weight loss contest with my friend. I had to lose 45 pounds before he could lose 25 pounds. Today, I won.

Matt - Holy crap, have you looked at the difference b/t your first pics and these??? I'm so proud of you, the difference is just amazing :)

Actually, I cant believe my eyes. It doesnt seem real, its like Im looking at a picture of someone else. That make since to anyone else?
