The Coffeebro Before, During and soon to be After

First off - Nice bike :)

I'd take care of that growth on your back though -it's only gonna get bigger and bigger and get way more demanding - :D

Cute kid.. :D

and cute dad too... You've got a great smile :)

It's nice to see smiling boys in here :D

Oh, I wish the bike were mine, but its not. As for the growth on my back, they say Im going to just have to live with it. ;)

now i realize the growth is going to get bigger -and your tummy is going to get smaller butyou should do progress pics in the same pose :) and your final pic is the growth's arms wrapping all the way around you :D

Yes, I am fully aware that calling a child a 'growth' is wrong :)

In reality I have 3 growths. That one is the biggest one, and you can see the smallest one in the other picture.

I have a couple of shirtless shots but I dont have the guts to post those yet. Maybe when I feel that I have really lost a good amount then Ill post them.

Hey! You're shrinking... Great job so far! And you really ARE blessed to have 3 little ones ;)

Keep up the good work!

You look great. I completely agree with the other poster who said your face has really thinned out. Keep up the great work:) How tall are you if you don't mind me asking? :)

I am shrinking I have a closet full of cloths that hang on me like sheets. Yes, I am very bless with my boys. They are wonderful loving kids. They are my joy.

Your face has thinned out so much too!!

Thank you, I know we lose weight evenly throughout our bodies, but it would be nice if I would lose it in my belly faster.

How tall are you if you don't mind me asking?

I am 5'-10".

Thank you all for you kind words. It makes me feel great.

Your starting to look like a new you, I assume you feel like a new man as well.

Yes, I feel incredible! I can run, play softball, jump, bend, sleep and touch my toes! :hurray: I have never felt physically better in my entire life. Its wonderful.

Let me ask you guys this. Have any of you had friends or family not gotten very excited as you have about the weight loss because they just dont understand what it mean to you, or what it took to do it?

I have someone that is supportive but I just feel a little let down because they just dont seem to realize the impact that this is having on me.

I have a few people like that - my mom essentially told me that she isn't sure if I will stick with it even after all this time (1+ years so far).

I have someone else who thinks that they are very close to me but has not mentioned my weight loss once. I have lost 10 sizes and not one comment has left her lips.

Those people motivate me to push harder and make them eat their words (or lack thereof). Maybe that isn't the correct response, but it is what works for me...

Yeah, that sounds like what Im dealing with. Im the one the brings it up, very rarely do I get a compliment without asking. I find it hard because this is the biggest thing I ever accomplished in my life. I have always been fat and its taken me till I am 31 to finally lose it.

I am from SoCal originally and I have a lot of good friends down there from college that have slowly gained weight, well I havnt told them Im losing and I am going to go down and surprise them. :biggrinjester:

Me too!!! (on all counts) With the one person who doesn't say anything, I just let me actions speak louder than words, she knows what I am doing (can't avoid it actually) and her silence just tells me that she is threatened. Fine by me if that is how she wants to be. My appearance will speak for itself in the end.

I love seeing people I haven't seen since I started this - their reactions are worth every drop of sweat I have generated.

Yeah, Ive wondered if she was jealous of me losing weight, but its strange you would think that she would be more excited.

Leave it to your mother to make the most of it though. :)
She is beside herself with joy. Gotta love Mom.
