oh wow... where you started is actually almost similar to where I started and where you are now is my target.

Ive lost 9KG so far and I am keen at losing more.

I was trying to figure how long you took to loose that much weight, but I cant seem to find it.

Also, today, I think I ate too much, and its now 11pm, I just took a lot of tofu which I love so much. I hate this feeling and regret eating it after I feel so bloated.

Do you have occasional fall off like this or are you strict and discipline?

Hey! It took me only 9 months to pull this off. And, That regreting, girl, SPEAK NO MORE! I'm on the same boat. I do it all the time. Not ness. bad things,. but so much of it, I feel SO bad about eating it! and not to mention the killer stomach ache to accompany it.

but to be honest, I've been slacking off just a bit. When I was losing my most, not ONCE did I ever cheat. I never touched one thing that was bad for me...

cocacola,
I just wanted to congatulate you on your new 'self'. I know it is a lifelong commitment, and you have done a wonderful job!!

Allright, im glad to know someone as successful as you are also do that. I thought im doomed and will not reach my goal.

Yes, thats true, after eating that way, the tummy aches, perhaps because its not been doing that for a while and suddenly it does!

I really cant wait to get to where you are.

No way. You look literally 20 years younger from that pic.

You look amazing. Great job! The common theme in all these success stories seems to be dedication and concistancy. I need to work on my concistancy, but atleast I'm stil seeing a negative slide.

This weekend I'm buy all fruits/veggies for snacks weeee.

wow!! amazing results! i have tended to only look at page one of people's journals, but decided to journey further today and i am glad i did! you have done fantastic!! i hope you are very proud. :)

Like holy crap....you don't look like the same person at all. Agreed you look like 20yrs. younger. CONGRATS to you!!

You look absolutely amazing!!!

I just started my lifestyle change yesterday and was wondering if you have any pointers. I've never actually looked at everything I eat and the exercise that I get, but I now know that I have to make some changes. I've began walking on the treadmill for 30 min a day but was wondering if you had any tips on the food intake. I'm female, 5'8", 192 lbs. Would LOVE to be 130 again!! I don't want to eat too few calories but don't want to consume too many either. I want this process to truly be a lifestyle change and don't want to obsess about calories. Any pointers? What is a typical day's meal plan for you?? Can you still get by eating "normal" things (Hamburger Helper, home made burritos, mashed potatoes, bagels, etc) in smaller portions and still be healthy?? I'm not a fan of fruits or veggies and am afraid of setting myself up for failure if I try to change everything that I eat. When you say you don't eay anything bad...what do you avoid???

Sorry for all of the questions, but like I said, I'm new and you're such an inspriration to me!!

Thanks so much in advance and again, congrats!!!
