its like a whole different person between the two pictures and you havent even hit your goal weight. That will be an amazing day, and you will look that much better. You look great and happy now and I wish you the best.

Sadly, though. I no longer have a camera, and that first picture was of two months ago.
 
I just wanted to thank you so much for posting your pics. I've always had a stupid worry that I'd lose to much and have one of those gaunt faces like I've seen on so many people. I think what I'm finally realizing is all those pics I see where the people looked better and younger in the BEFORE pics that they didn't lose the weight in the most healthiest of ways. Then after seeing your before and after pics I have hope because you are stunning! You look very healthy and beautiful, gratz and ty for being an inspiration!
 
I agree! Slimming down has done SOOOOOOOOO much for your face... it looks ten times more gorgeous... It's kinda like that old saying of the beauty comes from within... all you had to do was shake off the outside layers! hehe.

i was just wondering about what your routine is for the gym like mostly cardio , weights etc ?
because 21lb in 6 weeks is fab :) id love to lose that much in that time period
i go to the gym 4 times a week an hour and a half a time and i burn 300-500 kcals each session ..yet i dont touch the weights so that could be my reason why the scales havent budged

Well, I dont really do much else besides go to the gym 6 days a week, Going for about 45 minutes, sometimes over an hour... And just eating very healthy.

I do some extra stuff, here and there, running 2 miles... or something such as that.

But, I mean, I eat NOTHING bad. People are amazed at my willpower.

But, I would recommend to schedule Cheats.. sounds weird..

Yeah.

And,oh, I touch the weights! They are amazing for you, I def. promise you, if you begin to include weights with your workout, you'll see a big drop...

Oh, and, I go to Curves. the gym for women, or whatever. They have a circuit... Its like, walking on pads between resistance machines.. So its a mix.

Here's an update.

I've lost 141 lbs. That means 11 lbs left. before 135.

I've changed my goal, i am now going for around 115. But..

This picture I'm going to show you I just took today about 15 minutes ago, I didnt have the date set right on the camera so its actually 8 / 28 / 08
this skirt, i bought after i lost a lot of weight, and wanted to treat myself to something pretty...
mind you, this was AFTER i lost weight...

I am 146 lbs... 5 '2 ... I have a bit more to go. Because well, i went to the doctors yesterday and they said im actually right below 5' 1 ... so I wanted to get my BMI to say normal.. and my body fat % is 30% ... on the chart it said recommended.. but i want to be lower.
 
I've seen your success story before but I needed the reminder today for sure, thanks so much for continuing to post pics. When I see that you've lost such a large amount of weight it gives me hope back that I can do it too :) thanks again, Lisa

Yano, I think you're whole success is brilliant, but you do know that the BMI is an antiquated measure? It doesn't take into account your fitness level (which you obviously are), nor does it take into account muscle density either. It just makes a ton of assumptions that aren't there for some people... I read somewhere, that Lance Armstrong was considered OVERWEIGHT by the BMI a few times before the Tour de France, doesn't that send you a red flag? The system was created almost two hundred years ago... we know so much more now for you to go and be obsessed over that silly number ;)

I realise that the BMI calculator isnt accurate. But I'm just going by my first goals, ya know. And I do want to be considered in normal BMI range! I think it's pretty accurate for me... I dont have too much muscle, and I'm not tall , or anything like this... I think if I was about 110 - 130 ish, I would be thin. The type of thin I want. I dont know, I think just once in my life, I want something to say back to me. " YOURE NORMAL!"

Thank you though, It's been really, really tough and Ive been at a bit of a standstill, having a boyfriend really takes up so much time =) But when im with him, I watch what I eat, and try to do every little thing I can to get a lil exercise in. This is difficult because my boyfriend's family goes out EVERYDAY to eat, not once have they made food in their house since I started dating him ... mind you over 3 months now, and I've been with him almost everyday i those months... =) I've lost weight since I met him, and I rarely even went to the gym... SO I've learned i wont have much problem maintaining my weight. I just wont allow myself, its my state of mind. I cant go back toTHAT. I just cant =) I'm always thinkin about the future....
 
Oh my gosh.......you look absolutely incredible. What willpower and strength you have!! You're a huge inspiration. Can I ask how long it's taken you so far? Also what is your food intake like?
