Our bodies are strange like that (esp. women). TOM and you'll see fluctuation, a little more salt and you'll see a gain, a little less water and you'll see a gain. And shygemini is right, sometimes the body loses in chunks. So keep at it. You are doing well and your journal is very inspiring. Keep it up.
Thanks, Juni! I'm definitely going to keep it up. I'm not ever giving up on my healthy living. I just need to figure out why the scale isn't cooperating.

For the first time in a week and a half the scale is moving down again! I've reached a new low on the scales and that is a BIG sigh of relief. The past 10 days has been brutal on me, to know I'm doing well but still thinking I must not be, because the scale wasn't moving (in fact there was even a 2 lb weight gain over night during that plateau)- blarg! I was really starting to think I was doing something wrong. But I just stuck with it, kept doing what I was doing and the scale finally started cooperating again! W00T!
