As to the #2 problem, I would get some benefiber and start putting it in your water a few times a day. That will really help. Also, try eating more fruits and veggies. And, there are some whole grain breads out there that have 6-7g of fiber per slice. Aunt Millie's makes a few of them. You should be getting about 25-35g of fiber per day. If you do, everything will come out just fine..lol

Thanks for the congrats hun! For the #2 prob, I'll have to pick up some benefiber. I always see the commercials but just hate the idea of actually taking it. I'm one of those people who avoids taking anything unless it's completely necessary :/ but I guess this would be one of those times, I don't wanna go septic. lol.

If you want support here you need to give some too. You need to cut your calories...there is no excuse for this plateau, I'm sorry to be harsh, but I'm trying to give you some tough love. I want you to lose it, but you have to want to, and you need to cut calories. You have to come here every day and remember your goal and really WORK for it - just like you have to work for everything else you really want in life you need to work for it. It won't be easy, so you'll feel really good when you finally reach your goal.

What?! Cutting calories to get off of a plateau? I think it's pretty much common knowledge that you up them. And no thanks, I don't need what you call "tough love", not from you anyway.

I HAVE to come here every day? Well if you think about that statement for a second it might come to you that maybe not coming here everyday is a good thing. Not coming here=doing more, doing more=losing more. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure that shizz out.

Elle has been on here all the time in the past 2 months. Giving support to all kinds of people all the time. I happen to be one of them. She was the 1st person on her to welcome me to the forum and to encourage me when I wasn't doing well. It's only been in the last 2 weeks that things have gotten busy for her. And to not even give her kudos for her 20 pound lose but slam her for NOT trying is way out of line.
Just sticking up for my peep. So if you think I am outta line sorry, but I am not going to let you treat her that way. It doesn't take much for a person to get discouraged and your post would not by any means be considered an encouragment.
Elle you know I think you rock and that is so flippin awesome that you hit your 20 pound mark.

No need to cut cals. When you plateau (which I don't believe you're doing anyway) increasing calories is the way to break it-not cutting them. The whole reason for the plateau is a slowdown in metabolism. Cutting calories will only reduce it further. A week or two at maintanance is the way to go. This boosts the metabolism, allowing for continued weightloss.
I don't know what makes you think otherwise, but I would suggest doing some better research before you start posting crap like that in other people's diaries.

About 2- try more fiber in your diet. More veggies, fruits, raisin bran crunch is my favorite healthy cereal. And coffee makes me 2 too. hah.
