I consume pretty much anything I want, as long as I am staying within my calorie limit, or intend to burn it off in the gym/@home/walking/jogging.

If you're getting your LBM in protein and then consume chocolate for the rest of your calories - you'll still lose fat. You won't be 100% healthy, but I'm just using it as an example.

If you need to have a cookie or something to keep you from going insane - feel free to do it. Moderation is the flavor of life.

Good to hear that your boozing hard. I quit my journal, there hard to keep up. But yeah keep going....Did you by chance realize what a piece of shit you felt like after drinking and eating??? Cause after eating well for a few weeks now, i took a few days off for friends and family and i feel so bad.....Can't wait to go workout and eat less
 
Played probably about 4 hours of hacky sack today, still planning on hopping on the treadmill. Had a pancake, two johnsonville sausages & two eggs w/ syrup this morning. Full all the way till dinner time :)
 
hit 230 again this morning, haven't been charging as hard during this winter break :| I did exercise yesterday for 18 mins, but didn't eat that well. Today I had Oatmeal for breakfast. A ham,lettuce,mustard & pickle sandwich for lunch. Got hungry before I was planning to make dinner, had half a sandwich thin covered in peanut butter & a glass of milk. Exercised for 21 minutes today, experimented with the "10" incline setting... Not sure what I am making for dinner --- No booze for me :)
 
222 on the scale this morning. Well aware my documentation is lacking, but I am going to reset my goal weight to 185 :)

For brunch I had a chicken salad sandwich & glass of milk.

Bout to go get my run on.

Still keepin' an eye on your progress, well done on your running.

I'm a lazy butt when it comes to Abs and Cardio, Good to see you're sticking on yours =) I skip mine all too much:smash:
 
I have been slacking on my running in this new year. Ever since I ditched the driveway for the treadmill something changed inside my head. There was something about going outside and seeing the visual evidence rather then just the treaddy in my living room. I am going to start going back outside to walk again. I am hovering at 218
