Hi All,
I was diagnosed with lateral epicondylitis (Tennis Elbow) a few weeks ago. I have not worked out since (played hockey a couple of times but that is it) and I am seeing a physiotherapist. I am doing some stretches and exercise as per his advice, pus heat and ice therapy, plus acupuncture. The thing is, I have not seen much of an improvement in three weeks. I have never had this before so I really am not sure of the recovery time. It is very frustrating.
Anyone else go through this? There is a doctor that practices ART - an hour or so away from me, I hear good things about it, is that really a 'miracle cure' for tendinitis?
Thanks!
