Just was dropping in to see how your team was diong. Then I read X2change's post and I know what you're giong through. I still go through those days were i eat good then I splurge to junk food the next. The best way to cut that bad habbit is to have something sweet or whatever your taste buds want for that day every day. Like chocolate. I have to have it so I eat Popsicle fudge bars. There are sugar free and only40 cal. And that's the chocolate ones. The fruity ones are sugar free and are 15 cal. Sorry so long, I'll cut it short. Add all the cravings in your diet but small portions. Don't limit yourself cause that's how you fall off the wagon. "The only way to FAIL is to QUIT".
