Hey guys and gals.
Have decided to start a diary. I love fresh starts. Like I used to love when you got new books at the start of the school year and you would try and keep them all neat for the first few pages and it would slowly deteriorate.
As you can guess by the title, I am a tea junkie. I drink it constantly all day. I'm a stereotypical Brit in alot of senses.
This diary will include more about what I'm thinking - so as in more like an actual diary. I think I might start a real one. I love looking back at ones I wrote when I was younger - that only ever lasted a week - and seeing what was important to me at the time.
I looove him but I've never spoken to him blah blah blaaah
Oh the angst of a young teen.
I'm going off track now so seeing as this is primarily a weight loss diary here are some overall aims and then some for the week.
Overall -
Keep up my exercise and don't let me convince myself that I don't need to do it - I can just imagine little angels and demons on each shoulder and the demon seems to be winning as of late.
Loose the last few pounds - obviosuly!
Maintain this when I'm on my holidays.
Week -
Don't overeat if I can help it - staying with the boyfriend this week so I'll be eating what he eats
Walk where I can.
This week will be a bit unusual as I'm at the boyfriends from Tuesday till Friday. However he eats very little so this may actually benefit me. Also to get into town we have to walk about 10-15 minutes and there will be some other forms of exercise involved
Well hopefully this diary interests some people. Don't be shy. I like talking to people and really appreciate any support I get. I will try to make this an interesting read - will most probably be made up of random things. Like at this moment I'm watching children's TV. Mr Men is on next. Something about this makes me feel comfortable - maybe its something to do when reminding me of when I was little - oh how easy life was then.
