I was making breakfast this morning, and came up with a pretty tasty way to make my oats.
-Put 3/4 cup plain oats and ~1 cup water (or milk) in a bowl. Microwave on high for 1:30 or until it's really hot
-Thoroughly mix in 1 scoop of vanilla whey protein powder
-Thoroughly mix in 1.5 Tbsp of Smuckers Sugar Free Preserves (I used Red Raspberry)
Honestly, it kind of tasted like a jelly-filled eclair or something. Yummy.
