gratz on the TIGERS win! how great for your son ! Seems your super busy with all the kids and the activites, its a shame that driving kids all over the place doesnt burn alot of calories- otherwise you would be in the clear . Gaining is no fun, but I think is part of everyone's journey at some point. Its' great to be motivated and get back on track ASAP- I know you can do it!

Ive been kind of a ghost too, had an ikky bad week so ive been down in the dumps and deep in the bad foods

But im back with a positive smile and determination so im hoping to keep on pushing into the 190's.
