Its a bit processed, but that's not a bad day really, glad to see you doing well.
Don't feel too bad about the brownie-if you deprive yourself, you may likely go overboard- everything in moderation. But if you really like brownies, try the lower cal version- have you tried the "No Pudge" brownie mixes?! They are SOOOO good! You would never know they are low cal. Just be sure to divide them up into servings ahead of time to avoid eating too big a portion.brownie(170 cals) grrrrr I shouldn't have made them

The name of the product is "NO PUDGE" , and I
find them in the local food stores here in MD
in the baking aisle, with the flour, sugar and other
cake mixes. Here is a link if you find it helpful.
I think I will go out and buy ME some now!
(I like the original and cappucini varieties, but want to try the raspberry too)
