Hey tammy, wow your day is definately busy. I can't imagine trying to go to a bunch of different games with 4 kids. Keep up the great work and congrats on the 1/2 loss. Sorry i haven't been here as often as i would like to.
 
Howdy well I am so beat!! My son lost his game even tho they don't keep score the coaches do anyway my son had one of the best tackles I have ever seen him do so far put the kid bigger than him on his butt he fell ontop of him then hopped up FAST like nothing happened I about died with excitement lol.My daughter is so beautiful and I have to make smiley faces at her when she is cheering cuz she rarely does lol.

I exersiced 4.5 miles bike,50 crunches,10 muntes weights and dancing.
Food NO junk food but had a BIG plate of mother N laws homestye cooking
1 and a 1/2 barbque porkchops,mash taters,mac and cheese,green beans,1 biscut,cheesey bacon sour cream hashbrowns hmmm probally about 850 cals??that was DINNER
Lunch bake potatoe butter spray reduced sour cream 2%cheese(200 cals)
1 white corn on the cob(???any1 know??)
Breakfast ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ SNORING(0 CALS)

KORRIE---:santa: I am here for ya I do need to visit diaries more often I usually find a day or 2 out of the week where I can sit down and spend time reading and posting in diaries.I RARELY see CERELLA any more once in a blue moon she will pop in last I heard she was working crazy mad hours.
BRANDY-----:santa:TY whats weird is if it is 200 calories only 50 calories if ya know what I mean because CORN doesn't digest!

Ok I woke up and had that thing called "WILLPOWER" again,I had grocery shopped ;astnight for healthier foods and simalar ones to what I ate when I first started losing weight,and so far I feel satisfied and happy!Since hubby is off work I am going to go do my stationary bike,dance crunches,weight's when he gets up if he does ever it is 12:30 and he still sleeping,he spent all night playing MADDEN grrr.
My menue so far
Breakfast
south beach high protien peanutbutter bar (140 cals)
Lunch
south beach turkey club wrap KIT I swapped out the lite mayo for mustard and it comes with a sugar free jello(210 cals)
Snack
apple w/ peanutbuuter(190 cals)
Dinner
1 piece lemon pepper baked chicken breast(210 cals)
mixed veggies(70 cals)
1/2 bake potatoe w/butter spray(100 cals)
Snack
mini moo ice cream on a stick (70 cals)
grapes(40 cals)
TOTAL CALORIES 1190

Hi Tammy, Your menu looks fabulous. I agree about corn...lol, there may be tons of cals in there, but most of it goes unprocessed...lol!
 
Hey Tammy just dropping in to check on you and the wee ones. (By the way, I saw their recent pix and they are absolutely darling.. just like mama.) How are things with your son's school situation? Good job with getting your workout in even if your husband was snoring his ass off in the background. haha! I hope the change in your diet will get you even more results, girl...

Wow tammy your menu sounds great. I was thinking about trying the south beach meals but am not sure yet as i don't have much money lately. Anyways, Keep up the great work on getting in the exercise. I am hoping to keep going as strong as i have been.

Yeah I only grab me a couple when they are onsale like 2 for $5 then I buy a couple and rotate and make my own sandwhiches at home also the weight watchers have been onsale like forever now about $1.94-2.24 not bad for a meal.
BOOTY-TY I am hoping for better results as well I really need to stay focused and NOT let my emotions get in the way and PIG OOUT!

ExERSICES-6.2 on stationary bike +75 crunches 10 minutes of weighjts,squats and odds and ends GO ME!!!TAMMY
 
Ty Fayefaye UPDATE I wound up taking my dog for a walk and got another 1.5 in guestamating including the hill of death lol!
I wanted to share this with my friedns here.My daughter is so TALENTED not shy and has a cuite voice here is her singing I put it on motionbox.com,Tammy



LOL her grandma and grandpa has her into 50's-60's music lol.
 
:D Ty she does this everywhere either singing,or cheering in the middle of the store lol and at their concerts she stands up does all thier dance moves sings word for word they play older music and do alot of concerts in the park's ect.

:confused::mad: GRRRRR again ok lastnight the kids kept goofing off when it was bedtime for school I hollarded up a few times then threatend GROUNDING for the week so I hear my daughter crying(savannah) and I assume they are up there goofing off still well she comes down in the morning for school aand OMG she has a shiner her whole under eye is black and blue and swollen and take 2 guesses who did my SON ,she was affraid of getting grounded for coming down telling me lastnight and if she did I would have probally lit his BUTT up because he is already grounded from everything for getting 2 sad faces in school yesterday 1 for pushing another kid 2 for not listening,that DOCTOR appointment I made for OCT 8th can't get here any sooner.
As far as diet I am holding it together I want to lose weight so I can feel better and handle things better when I gain I get into this slump and I blow up at everyone including hubby when I am losing weight I am more laid back and calmer I dunno but thats how I work lol.

I made myself 2 chicken wraps 50 calorie lowcal /fat wheat shells,honey rosted chicken breast,bacon bits,lowfat cheese and mustard and heated it all up in the skillet yumm!(290 cals)
Snack
mini moo pop (70 cals)
grapes(40 cals)
Dinner
lemon pepper chicken breast(210cals) plain 1/2 bake potatoe butter spray120 cals) mixed veggies(70 cals)

dang. Sorry to hear about her eye & you having to deal with it all. Hope today is better for you & the weightloss fairy graces your scale tomorrow with a lower weight. :)
 
OMG, I would ream that boys butt! Poor Savanna (I love that name BTW). I remember my older brothers doing that to me, several times. for a few years I think I was their personal punching bag. BUT, pretty soon she'll get sick of it and whoop his ass, and then you can tell him its his own darn fault...lol!
Anybody who says raising kids is easy isn't doing it right!
