Ok went to Savannahs pre-competioton and they looked pretty good I did noticed however Savannah's routine had changes and I am guessing it was do to her not doing the roundoff she has to run and do it and she can't but she can stand in place and do it somewhat anyhoot for her 1st year she's doing gr8!Also found out when they leave at 6:30 AM they get to ride down in style in a LIMO!:D
Also after the pre show tonight all the little football players and coaches gave them gifts then they announced PARENTS come on down and give your gifts if ya brought 1 ummmm I felt so bad cuz I didn't know this is all new to me and she ask mommy did you bring me balloons or a present I said honey I didn't know so I am sneaking off to KMART and grabbing her a HIGH SCHOOL MUSICAL shirt OR a webkinz lol.

1 mini moo pop(70 cals)these have more milk in them me and my daughter actually did a tatsers test a while back on these.:D
TOTAL CALS 1210 WOW i THOUGHT IT WOULD have been higher,

Howdy everyone Yay it is FRIDAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY:beerchug::D
Ok I lost 1.5 lbs this week I will take that,I plan to take my daughter out to eat tomorrow night to spend a little quality time with her and talk,she's struggling in school ,she goes to all the kids practices and games with me and helps ALOT with her baby brother so i owe it to her a dinner at her FAVE resteraunt,we do have to take the baby but I got hubby to take my 6 year old son to a highschool football game and my other daughter is getting her hair done for the competition yeah 6:30 AM tomorrow grrrr I am not a morning person!
I will do my best to have my 1 daythen be good lol!
HAVE A GR8 WEEKEND ALL,TAMMY

Hey tammy hope your having a good weekend. Congrats on the 1.5 lbs loss. and good job on the exercise. I can't believe the challenge is already half over.. its gone by so fast. that means only 8 more weeks and I'll be 25. woohoo.. lol we have 2 b-days a week apart and thanksgiving all between my sisters's b-day which is the 19th of november and mine on the 26th of november then thanksgiving on the 24th ugh thats going to be a fun couple of weeks to really have to be good and watch the cals and major exercise... anyways hope you have a great weekend and a great week lets kick butt this week in the challenge.
 
How wierd. What is this post? I hope your daughter had a good competition! I hope you had a great weekend. Congratulations on 181:) I know you are where you were but at least you are going in the right direction!! Good job with everything and have a wonderful week!!
 
Howdy everyone as you know I am MIA for the weekend with the kids and all their acticvities!I do have a few pics of SAVANNAH all dolled up after competion and before with her flowers and in front of the limo with her team bright and early lol it was so OVERWELMING to me it was sort of like a MINI version of BRING IT ON for those who saw that movie lol,they placed 2nd for combo and they got 1st for builds and gymnastics but there was 2 teams that won everything like 5 trophys and 8 awards geeeesh.
My diet and exersiced I am not gonna LIE but it blowed this weekend and TOM is here grrr crampy yucky headaches grrrr.

the one pic I took she was checking out the VAN we decorated in the morning,me and my oldest daughter.

Hey hon! Sorry about your weekend! I totally am right there with you. Last week was awful. I blame TOM but I was WEAK!! Gained 6 lbs because of it! So no sweat. We can fix it! Your daughter is so pretty! I love the way they did their hair! Congrats to her on the great performance:) I hope you are having a good week! take care :hug2:
 
Awwww look at her! She's just too cute with her uniform and hair all "did." haha Also... I thought the minivan was darling. You're such a great and supportive mommy, Tammy. :hug2: Anyways, I wanted to congratulate you with the 1.5lbs down. I read that during TOM, your body burns 200-350 calories more... hmmm with that being said, bust your bum off and get into the 170s! haha Wishing you a great day, honey.

Sorry I haven't gottend to everones diary I have been
so busy with EVERYTHING and when I hop on here besides the WLF I am always googling informatin lol on questions I have or someone else has.There have been a TON of RECALLS on foods,childrens toys,and now dishes so I have been digging for brands,make ect and jotting them down.
My diet is so/so I haven't done so great since Saturday and TOM I am on my last day of that hopefully,I am going to get a good walk in tonight.
Breakfast
Eggbeaters 2 slices of lite wheat peanutbutter toast (290 cals)
LUNCH
loaded baked potatoe with 2% cheese and sour(200 cals)
Snack
pretzles(100 cals)
lowfat ice cream(160 cals)
DINNER

brownie(170 cals) :confused:grrrrr I shouldn't have made them
Exersice walk or bike I will update and my menue will LOOK much HEALTHIER tomorrow I am going grocery shopping tonight.:)
 
Your menu looks ok to me. It cant' be 'fantastic" everyday. I'm glad tom is almost gone! I know how that feels! Tom has changed alot for me since I've had my tubes tied.
