I think I have some axiety issues and a TAD of depression because I do things I can't explaing like out of the blue I want to sell this house and get a new one because I hate the house same with clothes and anything anymore OMG I sound like BRITNEY SPEARS :rofl::rofl: HAHAH BAD JOKE!

LOL! You are too funny! I feel the same ups and downs at times. Did you by chance watch spears on the awards show on Monday? I thought she looked great, but her performance was a mess.
 
really? i thought she looked either tired or stoned or something.
I only saw it on youtube - hasnt been on telly here yet.

I saw the awards show she looked like a mess the only thing I must disagree on is the girl is NOT FAT the medias perception on fat these days is driving everyone to become skeletons which is so unattractive take Angelina Jolie she was so gosh darn beautiful in tomb raider she had the perfect body NOW LOOK barely 100 lbs.
Back to Britney she didn't dance good she came out looking like a cheap hooker and she could of dressed sexy but with class and being a mom and all well thats just my opion!
OK I walked 1hour 15 minutes roughly 4-4-1/2 miles I am proud I ate OK but I had to try a sweet treat I MADE FOR THE KIDDIES PEANUTBUTTER BAR you bake in the oven 200 cals and yummm!
OK menue
Breakfast
eggbeaters and a lite muffinf w/ peanutbutter and a small nannah(390 cals)yeah I was hungry
LUNCH
1 turkey sand on wheat lite swiss mustard(190 cals)100 cal pk doritos(100 cals)watermelon 1 cup(45 cals)
Dinner
porkchop mixed veggies 1 serv mash taters and 1 BITE mac and cheese(480 cals)
SNACK
peanutbutter desertbar(200 cals)
TOTAL CALS 1325
EXERSICE walked 4 miles
I must say I do feel I ate too much and if I would have NOT ate that desert bar I would have been happy with the cals!Tammy
 
Hi Tammy! Your calories aren't high - don't worry about the snack :) Also you need some extra energy after walking over 4 miles! Good going hon!
 
WOW, you managed to fit alot of food into 1300 cals! Your menu looks so good. now I'm craving watermelon after you told me how many cals were in it in my diary...lol. I would go and get one but they are so expensive here. Maybe I'll find some frozen for an arm & a leg...lol!
And I totally agree with you on the brittany thing, she's a mom, she needs to stop acting like a hooker! And, she's so not fat. I'm fat, she's perfect. I read somewhere that she flipped out about her hair and had to be medicated with anti-depressants right before the show. I feel so bad for her. But that doesn't excuse her behavior. She needs more then rehab. and she needs to get over the extension thing and just rock the short hair, extensions look like crap any way you do it. Anyhooo, I'll stop yakking at ya now! have a good day!
 
Howdy everyone and TY for visiting yeah I always start gabbing about BRITNEY I am a mommy and with her kind of money and career and being a mom I wouldn't screw that up if I was her grrrrrr some people just don't know.
OK GRRRR again the scale O Mighty said 183 :eek2: I have to let go of the BAD junk foods that I snuck in my menue all week 1 day probally wouldn't of hurt but I had cake 2 days ice cream 1 day peanutbutter desert and mash taters lastnight I need to ge re-read my diary from the 1st 3 months when I did so awesomely good and the weight was MELTING off of me and stick with those menues I posted.
Ok no more playing around I need to step it up,I must say the 4 mile walk lastnight was GR8 and if I can keep that up I will be back down in NO time.HAVE A GR8 WEEKEND ALL AND GO TEAM TEXAS SCARE MASSACRE:jump:
 
I understand how that can be. I have hard times with that too. :/
Its ok though. You can pick yourself right back up!
 
Ty Brandy hey I found some food here quite interesting the lady I babaysit for brought a candy apple for her son and he didn't eat it after I cut it up so I picked up the pack and what do ya know for 1 candy apple (carmel nutts)is 160 cals 5 gams fat holy cow I AM INLOVE!!And candyapples remind me of HALLOWEEN and it is a fruit hahah yummy and healthy YAyyyy:jump:

I can't wait for halloween, its my son's birthday too...lol, I REALLY like halloween (so much so that I give birth on it). When I went into labor two days before halloween I was all excited that I'd be able to take a new born trick or treating...nope, he ended up not actually entering the world till 4 in the after noon on halloween. I wanted to name him Samhain, but his dad said absolutly NOT...lol. Geeze, see what you started by the mere mention of a candied apple!
 
Hi Tammy! Sorry I couldn't post. After not being able to get on time just slips away!! Good job on your 4 mile walk! I hope you are feeling better. I have gained as well:( Just having a hard time and I also think back to the days when weight would just melt off. I need to do the same thing. Congrats on finding yummy low cal carmel apples:p he he he. i can't wait for Halloween. My son will have his first School carnival and I used to love those things when I was little!!! wooo hoo. I hope you have a wonderful weekend and chin up:) You are doing well and you will get past any set back. You always have in the past and you know what you want and are still determined!!

Howdy I am planning to clean I mean scrubbing cleaning for a while and so I can play on here later I kind of have the house to myself just me and hayden my little guy my other 3 are with the NLAWS seeing a 50'60's band and staying all night at their mamapapa house lol!So be back later COOOOOLLLL CATS:cool:

Sorry you did not get to see a number you wanted on the scale. You are strong, you did not let it get you down!! Now that's a motivation. When I am that close to break and get into a new territory (170's), I get so antsy... Don't let it stop you in your tracks!!
It is a new week, get back on focus and keep on track like you have been for sooo long..

TY I will find that strenth again,I am going healthy grocery shopping tomorrow and buying things from my menue thats in my diary from lastyear.I wish you all a gr8 weekend,I am finishing lastnights pizza then no more bad foods in my house I am going to get the family to eat healthy to like it or not because that would help me a gr8 deal stick to the plan.OK tak at yas later,Tammy
 
Wow Tammy, that must have been nice having *most* of the kids out of the house for the night. I cleaned like a mad woman this weekend too. I'm OCD though so thats every weekend at my house. the thing I like about OCD is it works out great for dieting, I get to use all my measuring cups and scales and I know when I make a batch of spaghetti sauce that the whole pot is worth 2012 cals and I can put into single serving cups of 100 cals...yeah, I have a problem and usually I'd medicate myself but its too much fun with food. Some of my staples for low cal foods are egg beaters, ff cottage cheese, yoplait light, sugarfee jello with cool whip light and mushrooms because you can eat a ton and they are super low cal. I also LOVE salad. I wish I could go shopping with you...LMAO, for some reason...that excites me. I'm weird, ignore me.
