hey tammy :)

hope you had a good weekend, im trying to budget wisely so i can go out and do a weeks shopping for my diet rather that bits and bobs here and there. Its prob best to do this so like you i know theres no bad foods in the house if i run out of something i need.

WOW I need a KICK in the BEHIND!!I wanted to straighten my act up today and once again my sweetooth got the best of me grr I had a desert bar and ice cream and a BAD candy apple so after BINGO tonight which I managed to LOSE and not have a good time I went to WALMART and found those 160 calorie 5 gram of fat CANDY APPLE so I can have 1 after lunch without feeling guily.If anyone is interest they are made by TASTEE and can be found at walmart.:pumpkin:
I got home late so NO EXERSICES but starting tomorrow everyday I will get my exersicing in.DAMN IT I DON'T WANNA BE FAT ANYMORE!

Chin up hon! You can get back on the ball. It's all about that day at a time. Yesterday was a flop but today is a new day and I have found that really planning what you are going to do and sticking with it works wonders!!! We can do it! This is definatly the week to get our s*** together! I really hope next weeks challenge is no junk food. That will keep me on the straight and narrow!!... in theory;) lol. Don't let the bad days get in the way of your successes! You have far more wins than losses, so keep focussed on the good ones. And don't forget that the sweetness of those candy and choc bars are nothing compared to the sweetness of reaching your next goal.

Tammy, everyone is right. One bad day isn't going to take away all the good days you've had. You have come so far and have more determination then anyone i know besides maybe me. lol but even I have bad days believe me I have so wanted to binge but then think of all of you wonderful people on here that support me no matter what and I think well if they could do it why can't I.

Keep looking forward and focus on what you have accomplished instead of the bad day and you'll get to your goal.

Mishii-TY and the candy apples isn't to dangerous they are ONLY 160 cals and ya figure the APPLE is 100 so not bad at all!Ty everyone for the kinds words and I know to hop back on and STAY on track and 1 day isn't bad but my 1 days turn into 2-3-4-5-6- days grrrrrrrr BUT today is day 2 and so far so good!
