hey honey !!

I cant wait for the challenge to begin. I was wondering do you think my goal is realistic? I'm currently 214 and my goal is 190. I think i can do it. Im going to aim for 4lbs a week weight loss.

Anyway thought id say hello and drop a note in your diary :) Go go team 1 !

I wouldn't set them that high maybe set a little lower goal maybe even 194 thats 20lbs and still going to be WORK WORK WORK lol then if you go over it yay if not you still made your goal :)

i think ill set it to be 20lbs exactly, and the challenge finishes on october 31st yes?
 
Ok incase I get busy I did which I have been I managed to do
5.5 miles on stationary bike weights a few and 75 crunches all
in 30 minutes I will TRYYYYYY to go for a walk later tonight.

Just wanted to say thanks for setting up the Halloween Challenge. It will be lots o' fun!

BTW, you have done an awesome job with your weight loss goals. I haven't read thru all of your diary, but did you lose the weigh through journaling and the support offered here, or did you start elsewhere?

Just eating right and exercising (like a million hours a day?) or do you have some other tips? And how long has it been for you to get from where you started to where you are now?

This site has helped me tremendously!Great people with support information and encouragement and of course cutting cals and walking lots.GL Tammy;)

I Went for a 2. 5 mile walk plus 5.5 miles stationary bikeing,75 crunches and arm exersices using 5 lb weights. WEIGH IN TOMORROW I am excited.....:beerchug: Tammy

Ok I forgot to post my daughter SAVANNAH and my son DALLAS football/cheerleading pics and a pic my daughter took of me today I am hoping by my HALLOWEEN GOAL I can post a pic of me way LIGHTER...

Can I please join your halloween challenge? I am sky-rocketing in motivation right now, and I really want something to keep the train moving. Ya know? I completely understand if i can't... seeing as I found the sign up place LATE. My own fault. But thank you anyways. You thought of a GREAT challenge! You should do one right afterwards for xmas... and count me in on that already!
 
OK I am very excited I weighed in at 180.5 I lost drumroll please
4.5 lbs this week!!!:D I have been doing longer walks and stationary biking,adding some weights and eating 1,200 cals and 1,400-1,600 cals on the weekend and it is working YAY...Challange starts tomorrow and to make my HALLOWEEN GOAL i need to lose 15.5 lbs in 8 weeks and that is a realistic goal.
I will be back on here later I haven't decided to rest today or tomorrow,I am guessing today because my kids games are tomorrow and is about 8 blocks away so I may get to do some walking tomorrow then afterwards take them to this small festival that is about 1 mile away so walk walk walk .
HAVE A GR8 WEEKEND ALL AND GL TOMORROW WITH DAY 1 CHALLANGE

Ty Hajani and yes I have all 8 weeks of bonus challanges written down.I will post it in a bit but it won't satr until tomorrow all tho it won't hurt to do it anyway for health reasons.:newangel:
 
Yay Tammy!! Congratulations on the great loss!!! 4.5 lbs is awsome and you so deserve it! Halloween challenge should be no problem!! Glad I ended up on your team:D Yay!!! We start tommorow but you will just keep right on keepin' on!! WTG! Hope you have a great weekend!
 
Ty Tomble :pumpkin: Ok I am posting my menue but NOTE not sure what I am having for dinner I may order pizza before tomorrows challange strats and I have done good for 3 weeks and today.
My menue
Breakfast
1 WW mcmuffin w/ peanutbutter(190 cals)
Lunch
1 turkey sand made healthy lite wheat 2 % swiss mustard lettuce(170 cals)
Snacks
Breyers slow churned ice cream on a stick rockyroad No sugar added(170 cals)
DINNER 3 pieces of pizza 220+220+220 and 2 tiny mini trianagles of cinnamon sweet desert 200 cals(860 cals est? no more food tonight)
My total cals 1,390
I looked up the cals for pap johns pizza on dotties weightloss table and for pep per slice it showed 220 I had ham which I think is better anyhoo I felt guilty so I am going to work it off later and be back witgh my exersices.
