I am planning on WW meal or chicken breast I haven't decided,I wasn't happy about missing and being offtime with the meals yesterday but it was very hectic and I wasn't about to eat after 9PM then hit the sack thats the worse lol.
I saw 183 this mornong so all that running around in the sun paid off yesterday haha.I feel totally on trck again and in control finally and I have YOU'S to thank.
No practices today so I may sneak to BINGO only if my aunty goes if not I am going to take a long walk after sunset.
