Yay Tammy, I wonder how many calories just taking care of those kids burns. You're doing great. Have something other than jello for dinner tonight :). Once in awhile when time is crunched it won't kill ya.
 
mmm, I love jello and whip cream, that is one of the best low cal deserts! Glad to hear you are down to 184 even. You are doing amazing!!

Yaeh CANNON :rotflmao: I am planning on WW meal or chicken breast I haven't decided,I wasn't happy about missing and being offtime with the meals yesterday but it was very hectic and I wasn't about to eat after 9PM then hit the sack thats the worse lol.
I saw 183 this mornong so all that running around in the sun paid off yesterday haha.I feel totally on trck again and in control finally and I have YOU'S to thank.:hug2:
No practices today so I may sneak to BINGO only if my aunty goes if not I am going to take a long walk after sunset.
My menue
Breakfast
1 mcmuffin 1/2 butter spray 1/2 peanutbutter(140 cals)eggbeaters w/Fat free cheese and 1 slice canadian bacon(140 cals)Total(280 cals)
Lunch
1 healthy made turkey sandwhich w/ mustard (170 cals)
Snack
watermelon(40 cals)
1 WW strawberry cheese cake(140 cals)
Dinner
Some iatalian spaghetti with the family small serv(210 pasta+80 sauce+25 parmesian(total 315 cals)
Snack
FF jello w/ Ff WHip(50 cals)
1 gronala bar(100 cals)
TOTAL calories 1090 I may have a spoonful of peanutbutter to make it colser to 1,200 :) Exersices DID 5.5 ON STATIONARY BIKE +75 CRUNCES
UPDATE I AM TAKING A REDUCED FAT CREAM CHEESE MINI BAGLE TO BINGO TO UP MY CALS A LIL.1,230

Hi tammy thanks for posting in my diary. Your menu sounds yummy but kinda low for cals but to each their own on that one. I have been trying to stay above 1200 cals per day with food then exercise. Well have fun at bingo and hope you win big. Alex is finally napping so i'm going to go get in my cardio before he wakes up. Hope you have a great day.
 
Howdy well I went ahead and before BINGO I did 75 crunches and 5.5 miles on my stationary bike thats total of 35 minutes of exersices so I am good for the night incase I am feeling lazy when I get home plus I have to hit the store.
HEATHER yaeh I always hope when I am totalling more for 1,200-1,300 but it doesn't always add up that way and I do eat my 3 meals and 2-3 snacks basically every 2-3 hours with a cutoff time at 8PM.I am going to make me a cream cheese mini cinn raisin bagle to take to bing with my gronala bar that should do the trick.

I saw your menu included ff whip cream!! So I went ahead and got some ff whip cream for myself to put into my diet hot chocolate. Hmm it will be soo good.
Your menu sounds great, I need to check out the cheesecake thing..
I think I eat closer to 1400 cal or even higher some days, when I was eating 1200, I was not losing a thing.. Just shows how different things work for different people.
So, did you win on bingo?

Howdy Everyone well I won $50 and spent $40 so I am ahead $10 woohoo lol.I did have waits for a few big games.I stuck through it another day yay.
I know people say don't weigh yourself everyday but I swear that may be what is keeping me motivated,along with my jeans getting a little loser and my (HEMp)bracelet is staring to fall up my arm it used to sit on my wrist tightly.Well I am calling it a night Tammy

As always, if your plan is working.... fantastic! Don't let me sway you.

However, if you are truly eating 1200 consistently, when you plateau, you'll have to take corrective action. You know this. The harder you diet, the more pronounced the starvation response.
 
Hi Tammy! Looks like you are doing great. I think that if you are motivated by weighing everyday you should go for it :) Whatever is best for you. I definitely go through phases of weighing constantly! I'm trying the once a week tack at the moment though :) Keep up the good work and you'll break into the 170's soon!

Steve I hear ya and I know you know alot about weightloss,alot of times I don't feel starved and when I do it is afterhours because I decided to stay up later than usual,I shoot for 1,400 cals over the weekend since those are the days it is more easier to cheat and eat horrible I am hoping to slowly add more cals back in BUT 1st I need to get to where I left off before I failed 175!:jump:

Well my day is going to get hectic when kids get home gotta do homework with 3 of them while babysitting and watching the baby then snack then dinner then off to football/cheerleading by myself hubby has to work again then try to squeeze in some exersicing planning on doing my stationary bike and weights crunches dancing I am going to lock my bedroom door for about 45 minutes and just work out go with the flow...and get my oldest daughter to keep an eye on HAYDEN.

Ok this little voice inside my head told me to get up off my lazy azz and get my exersices over with so theres no exusees tonight when I get home late so I went and did some weights my 80 crunches and 6.5 miles on my stationary bike for a total of 45 minutes of exersicing ok 43 minutes and 29 seconds :rotflmao: .Ok heres to another great day :beerchug:

Anyway I just wanted to say some good stuff and thank you for getting this Halloween challenge started I just am so excited I can't stand it!!

Great job on your menu today and the exercises so you don't have to worry about it tonight when your going to be busier then I could imagine trying to juggle 4 kids plus babysitting let alone the games/practices. Keep up the great work. Oh yeah can't wait until the Halloween Challenge. I love Halloween now just gotta get a idea for goals and my costume since I am not sure what i'll weigh then..

Well off to do my weights and maybe some cardio before alex wakes up from his nap. see you later.. have a great day.
