HAJ I have a stationary bike I use I just can't ajust with hubbys mountain bike it hurts the azz lol.Well diet is going great I had a major taco bell crave lastnight around 10PM thanks to non stop commercials but I made me a mini bagle w/ reduced cream cheese and called it a night,close one!My plans is to walk home from kids practice (1 mile)then hit the giganic hill by my house that leads to a mile and 1/2 long road then come home do my crunches.

Lunch
2 chciken tacos loaded with lettuce and a dab of fat free sour and fatfree cheese(50+50+90+70= 260 cals)
SNack
1 breyers slow churned NO SUGAR added ice cream crunch on stick(150 cals)
Dinner
1 Weight Watchers 3 cheese zini(320 cals)
mixed veggies(70 cals)
Snack
Watermelon(40 cals)
1 100 cal pk hershey snack(100 ca;ls)
TOTAL CALS 1110 Exersices walking 2.5 miles +100 crunches +25 squats
