Goodafternoon,
Well my morning is going pretty smoothly had a nice breakfast shipped the kids off for school lol.I am going to have to exersice in my house today thanks to a much needed rain thats coming well some storms could be severe.No practice on Mondays for my kids but Tues-Thurs!

Breakfast
1 WW mcmuffing with no sugar jam (120 cals)3 serv egg beaters FF cheese 1 peice canadian(160 cals)

1 southbeach pep pizza(350 cals)
Snack
Watermelon
1 slow churn 1/2 the sugar breyers ice cream on a stick(150 cals)
Dinner
mixed veggies(70 cals)
1 piece chicken breast(200 cals) 1 fried potatoes cooked in FF butter spray and ketchup(120 cals)

Snack
Grapes(60 cals)1 poprock popsicle(40 cals)
TOTAL CALORIES 1,290 EXERSICE ??
 
Tammy, those are cute pictures of your kids. I hope you take lots of pictures. My kids are 18 and 14 and they are so busy with their own lives. I am more and more on my own, except when I GET to be with them. Enjoy!!!

Hope the exercise goes great. We are needing that rain down here so if you get sick of it send it on its way. Sometimes I use to drive my dog nuts pacing the house on rainy days trying to get my steps in. Thankfully I got a treadmill so I don't seem quite as spastic going from one end of the house to the other & back again super speed.

HAHAHA Rhonda,I was so desperste that day after 7 hours of hot sunnt bleacers waiting for my kids games to get done with he could have broke anythingof mine just as long as he would quit crying lol.Good 2 C ya
 
Howdy everyone ok I am B E A T !!!I did 23 minutes on the DREADMILL totalling 1.6 miles at 3.6-3.9 MPH then I came upstairs and did 4 miles on
my stationary bike along with 25 squats and 75 crunches.My bike said 187 calories and the dreadmill 201 calories burned!I can't wait until FRIDAY that is my NO exersice day since I have been exersicing 8 days str8!

Hey tammy great job on the exercise and nice pic. I want a tattoo too but its not the money that has me scared its the pain.. lol i hate needles so i am not sure if i can handle the pain of getting a tatto. i think i will stick with my henna tats if i decide once i get down to my goal weight that i am strong enough to handle the needles then i might get a small one on my back but not sure. lol :) hope you have a great week

Great going on your exercise.. I love the name : Dreadmill!! That is exactly how I feel on it the first 1.5 mile!!! I wish I could go out and bike, but my bike was broken last year beyond fixing and getting a new one is just not in my budget. I hear you about the rest day. I have been going without a rest day too for about 2 weeks now and feeling the effects. maybe I pick Friday too for a rest day..

HAJ I have a stationary bike I use I just can't ajust with hubbys mountain bike it hurts the azz lol.Well diet is going great I had a major taco bell crave lastnight around 10PM thanks to non stop commercials but I made me a mini bagle w/ reduced cream cheese and called it a night,close one!My plans is to walk home from kids practice (1 mile)then hit the giganic hill by my house that leads to a mile and 1/2 long road then come home do my crunches.

1 mcmuffin(100+egg beaters 40+1 center cut peice bacon 30)(170 cals)
Lunch
2 chciken tacos loaded with lettuce and a dab of fat free sour and fatfree cheese(50+50+90+70= 260 cals)
SNack
1 breyers slow churned NO SUGAR added ice cream crunch on stick(150 cals)
Dinner
1 Weight Watchers 3 cheese zini(320 cals)
mixed veggies(70 cals)
Snack
Watermelon(40 cals)
1 100 cal pk hershey snack(100 ca;ls)
TOTAL CALS 1110 Exersices walking 2.5 miles +100 crunches +25 squats

I got hooked on the show churned no sugar added ice creams. They're just not as sweet as the others and much more satisfying. I didn't even eat ice cream before 'cause I thought it was too sweet! :rotflmao:

Wow, 1110 cals and all that exercise? Don't you ever get exhausted?? I think I would but I'm still badly out of shape. :rolleyes: I'll get there eventually.
Its amazing how active you stay. How many pounds do you lose per week?

Good job on the minibagel instead of the Taco Bell binge! Commercials are insane the way they influence what you want to eat & when... argh. Oh well.


Thanks for getting this Halloween challenge going. Seems like we are going to have a great time!
 
Healthyhabit-when I do really good I can lose 2-3 lbs a week
mainly 2lbs.
MOON-I can't wait either I would started it earlier BUT i wanted to make sure we get enough peeps(which we did lol).
 
Ok I hope I don't freaking gain..But I had RIO GRANDE take out it started with my hubby wanting to try steak fajita we haven't ate there before so I said what the heck I want chicken fajitas and the kids can share with me.
THE good news it when I got it home I only ate "2"and I used my 50 calorie shells and my 2% cheese the only BAD thing was the sour cream and eating at 8:30 PM.
I also went for my 2.5 mile sweaty walk AFTER I ate.
CALORIES 1110+MY 2 FAJITAS 350 = 1,460 NOT BAD PLUS A WALK!!:jump:
