Ok I am done exersicing I did 40 minuts which consist of
4.5 miles on my stationary bike
2 sets of 20 squats(my legs are weakish lol)
75 crunches 25 girly pushups (yeah my arms are weak to lol)
5 minutes of arm exersices using 5 lb weights.
I may even get a walk in later if I feel up to it,Tammy
Wow.. well look at you. haha! Hey those squats can be killers, doing 2 sets of 20 is very impressive, girl. haha Just wanted to drop in and peep on your journal. So.... come on girl, join me in the 170s.. keep it up, Tammy. You're doing awesome!
