Ok well I must say it is a sickening HOTT out today and my son has weigh in at 5 and my daughter's preveiw game is 6 I am taking plenty of frozen water bottles.
I went grocery shopping and bought apples,watermelon,grapes,6 weight watchers 3 cheese zini's,egg beaters,FF cheese,FF sour cream,whole poatoes,bag of chicken breast,lean turkey breast lunch meat,mustard,lite wheat bread,mini cinnomon bagles,reduced cream cheese,1 box of south beach protien peanutbutter bars,1 box-100 cal doriotos,1 box Special K vanilla almond cereal,1/2 gallon skim milk,oh and I found these popsicles that are cherry cola's and blue rasberry and they have mini pop rocks in them that crackle in your mouth so gooooooooooood for only 40 cals 0 fat!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Total damage $42 not tooo bad.....
Here is what gave me that boost lastnight!!I started figuring in my weigh in's every Friday and I have -3 lbs this month on every Friday then -2lbs there after with 3 weigh in days at -1lb for the slow weeks and here are my figures.

Ok made it back the 1st 1hour and a 1/2 was so hott I felt sick but by the time my daughter was up for her team cheerleading and my sons football game the sun went behind a cloud that lasted the rest of the day with a breeze so instead of it feeling like a 110 it felt like 85 lol,lol my 16 month old tho however wanted to keep getting out of his stroller and run around or me hold him and it was too hot for that.
MY menue
1 WW 3 cheese zini (320 cals)
1 peice watermelon (30 cals)
100 cal pk peanutbutter cookies(100 cals)
1 cherry cola poprock popsicle(40 cals)
1 baked potaoe loaded w/ reduced fat sour and cheese(180 cals)
1 grilled ham and swiss using lean ham 2% swiss and lite wheat w/ butterspray(200 cals)

1 1/2 fat cream cheese mini cinamon bagle(140 cals)
20 grapes(60 cals)
TOTAL CALS 1220 Exersice 4 miles on stationary bike and 20 squats 50 crunches and arm weights!

Howdy everyone,well day 2 of football/cheerleading my hubby took my our son to football preveiw game but he can't play until he gets equipment but he still has to hang out with the team and watch and learn,it rained a bit this morning BUT it made it hottter geeesh can't win with the battle of the heatwave!
Ok SIS took test it said NEGATIVE yay...my mom is making her another appointment to see why she is sooo late?
I am having a gr8 weekend,lol it is funny the weekends usually kill me but I have went into strict mode over the weekend the oppisite of what I usually do. Ok planning to exersice in my room later like I did lastnight and it wasn't bad I popped in korn's new DVD and watched it while working out or should I say watched JOHNATHAN DAVIS lol ..Ok my menue so far...................

TOTAL CALORIES 1100 EXACTLY...I have lots of healthy foods and still came up a little shy of 1200 but I have added and added food until I may actually be full!......EXERSICES????

Yeah Bikini I have 4 lil ones ages 16 months-9 years and I am still SANE can you belive that lol.
Mish yeah I am amazed that my weekend is going well,another weird thing "TOM" came yesrday and I have felt less hungry usually I have BAD munchies!! BLAH to yard work Mish I hate it I made myself mow the backyard only because the grass was starting to touch the bottom of the kids swings lol.Well I will be back yesterday after cheerleading,dinner,exersiceing,and ready for a break lol. depends on what your definition of sane is ;) lol That's funny about the grass:D I hate yardwork but this is the house my boyfriend and I will move into when we get married. It is being rebuilt still needs floors and lots of clean up. We went shopping for the interior lights last night and he let me pick them all:) Of course I am already to go but I have lost my keys. I think they may be in his truck which he already took to get loaded. sigh. Hope I find them!
 
Hey Tammy! What a crazy week you had, but I'm glad it's turning out well. I'm amazed at how great you are eating/exercising with 4 little ones and all that stuff to do for/with them!!
 
Hi tammy, your menu looks yummy too. I have never tried the south beach protein bars although they sound really good how do they taste? well i got a migraine so i am hoping it goes away soon so i can get my cardio workout in since i didn't get that in yet.

well hope you have a great week and a good monday. i'm kinda dreading it since i have my weigh in tomorrow morning. well see you tomorrow.
 
I'm glad to find out your sister isn't pregnant. That's a great job of standing by her side. Everybody needs at least one person that they can go to and tell them anything.

Well I slept through breakfast because I didn't have to babysit any kids today so what heck I slept until noon! I did fix breakfast for lunch I will be so confused today lmao I had eggbeaters w/ canadian bacon and FF cheese and a mini cinn raisin bagle w/ reduced cream cheese and a 1/2 mini sunny D all for 300 cals!! I actually got ahold of some yummy watermelon it is crunchy juicey unlike the last batch was griddy the texture wasn't right!
Ok here is to a AOK kind of day oh and we have an heat emergency until weds and tues and weds are hitting 100 degrees ouchie.
It was 81 around midnight lastnight so I did indoor exersices again.Tammy

Ok I am done exersicing I did 40 minuts which consist of
4.5 miles on my stationary bike
2 sets of 20 squats(my legs are weakish lol)
75 crunches 25 girly pushups (yeah my arms are weak to lol)
5 minutes of arm exersices using 5 lb weights.
I may even get a walk in later if I feel up to it,Tammy
