Hey Tammy!!! your kiddos are so cute and it is a great color. You mentioned looking at what I eat so here is the link:
Won't say it's a model of healthy eating but my thing is to save most of my calories for the evening. So through out the day I try to stay between 400 and 700 for my cals. Closer to 400 means I can have a semi-bad dinner (which means rice or other slightly higher cal things) with maybe ice cream after and closer to 700 (as I will be today) means I have to watch myself for dinner
