Im sorry to hear your little one is sick again - tha tis ridicoulous why did he gets the tubes in if he is just gonna get sick agian...sorry Tammy - geeesh...Im glad you enjoyed your weekend and the party went well!!!
 
Howdy everyone it feels good checking in and seeing lot's of you that stopped by to say hello and spread kind words!!:)
Well the doctor called in pink eye medicine because they apparentaley don't need to be seen for pink eye,although I said he's clogged up he has a bad runny nose as well.They said it's all do to the ear infection but when he finishes his antibiotic and he still is like that bring him in.

4 th my sis n law who I mention that had the gastric bypass 2 years ago she was 255 now 141 and thats my "MR FIT BROTHER":rolleyes: lol
5th my sis holding Hayden and thats my mom whom thinks she's gaining weight all the time shes about 112 :rolleyes:

Awww, that pic of you and your son is adorable. You are such a good mom. I remember when my twins were little ... they both have asthma and the amount of time in the doctor's office or even emergency, and the worry...

It's a tough time, but you'll get through it. And then nature protects you by miraculously making us forget the hard times and we remember all the joyful things about the kiddies.

It's cool to see you have various family members who also care about their health.

MISH upload your pics to photobucket then click the pic to edit and under resize it says make avtar make thumbnail make pic for a website or email and that is the 1 I picked make for wwebsite they seem to be perfect size.
Well hate to disapoint you all but I ate agin lastnight I started oout good even walked 2 miles then by 6pm I had fries at bingo then at 10pm I made a cheese quesadilla w/ sour cream then I had 1 of those little 1/2 pint ice creams cookie dough :rolleyes: !!
The only thing I can think of is it is getting close to that time of month and I usually get these uncontrolable munchies................I need to figure out how to handle that because I go 2-3 weeks great weeks then 1 bad bad week!
I will get to everyones diary later I have alot of time on my hands to day I am walking here in a few then hubby is off to work so I will be home.
YESTERDAY MENUE
1 lean cuisine chciken pinani w/ mustard(320 )
1 french frie in peanut oil (350 cals)
1 cheese quesadilla w/ sour cream(400 cals)
2 pieces of pizza (400 cals)
1 ice cream cookie dough (600 cals)
HOLY COW I AM SO MAD AFTER JOTTING THESE UNHEALTHY FOODS DOWN
TOTAL CALS 2070 :mad: //WALKED 2 MILES YESTERDAY
BETTER DAY TODAY!!!!!!!!!!!!:D
 
Yes we will both have a better day. I did the same thing yesterday!! I am blaming the same reason but the 3 lbs I have gained in the last 5 days are so sad:( We will not let this deter us!! There is more healthy eating to be had!!! And you walked yesterday!! We will have a good day together:)

40 minutes.I am planning on doing that workout I saw on access
hollywood since it kicked my butt lastime lol.

1 peanutbutter spoon (90 cals)lol I LOVE PEANUTBUTTER!!!
TOTAL CALS 1175 CALS
WALKED 3 MILES
PLAN TO DO 20 MINUTE WORKOUT LATER:D
 
Hey Tammy, I agree about that picture of you and your son. You're looking great :) Great job on the walking. I took today as my rest day, but I have some major cleaning to do in 30 minutes with lots of heavy lifting.

Hehe wow what a massive mix of various weight probs lol. I think now that i did loose the way i did im glad i didnt opt for the surgery. does your sis in law have much saggy skin?

Lol Wishes I was saying the same thing.Yeah she does,she showed me and it looks nasty but she hides it very well plus the doctor said she can have the tummy tuck after 2 years which would be Sept after shes done dropping the weight.Lol my mom is so tiny no boobs so I don't know where me and my sis get our bodies from lol.My sis is 15 and she passed me by in weight last summer I weighed 80 lbs more than her this year she is 15 lbs heavier than me.I feel bad for her I try to get her to walk with me but she has the I like the way I look attitude if any1 else dont kiss my ass lol.
My brother is a gym aholic he is muscular and healthy so we are all shaped different lol!
Ok I cheated lastnight again I had 1 slice b-day cake and 1 cheese quesadilla BUT the good news it is all gone no more temptations lying around my house,plus I did get in a good sweaty 3 mile walk yeasterday in.The scale still said 176 so the 2 lbs is there still.
My kids have a double header tonight then I plan to get a nice walk in.
Ok I need to stick with it today this is starting to piss me off,all my hard work just to eat at night geeesh what is with me this week??? Tammy
 
I hear you!!! Eating at night is becoming a habit for me to. The problem is that I have dinner so early because I am hungry when I get home at 5. Then there is a long wait until the end of the night. So I am thinking if I divided up my dinner into mini meals then if I was hungrier later I could just have the rest of my dinner. I totally hear you about birthday cake. I love that stuff. My favorite is to put ice cream and milk on it and mash it all up. Like a cake/ice cream shake... but you eat it with a spoon. I have some wierd habits!! lol At least there is no birthdays until next November in my house:D Then they all just stack up on eachother*sigh* Maybe eating is in the air. This week is halfway over and with no bread and cake we can redeem ourselves!!! At least with the exercise we can get through these "bad" days without too much damage right?:) Hope you have a great day!!
 
I used to want surgery, sadly enough. I didn't want to have to deal with all this stuff and all the hard work. However, I finally started with the whole eating healthier and smaller portions and it started to work. I'm so glad that I didn't let myself get any bigger and then go for surgery. Surgery won't fix the problems causing the weight gain to begin with. I'm glad that we're all doing this the right way because that's what's gonna last in the long run.
