*gulp* right now actually I don't do any exercises. Pre-surgery I was trying to run at least 2 miles 2-3 time a week and honestly I haven't done much exercise. That is my one problem. However, I have made a really big effort in taking a lot of extra steps every day: like parking far away from things and anything I can walk to to do then I will walk. It has seemed to make a difference. Also for my job since I am an art teacher I am on my feet most of the day cruising around the classroom. This is why I admire your workouts!! You have done so well at doing walks!! It is something I need to work on:)
 
hey tammy :D you just get back on track now, you hear?! i'm here for you if you need anything. you can and will do this. i know you will. don't let that voice sabotage you. yell at it like i do hehe :D it helps.

Heya Mishi, yeah i do the same.
Everyone circles aruond the front door of stores trying to get the closest park for 30 mins, i drive up the road a few hundred metres, get a park faster, and tell my kids 'Im not that handicapped that i cant walk a few steps extra'
 
K, now don't take this the wrong way Tammy...but maybe you pigged out for so long because you were depriving yourself with the soup diet?

Dari Noway I would take anything the wrong way O love to hear opinons advice ect "BUT" I have been doing the weekend thing alot even going back before the soup.It seems I get a few good weeks then a really bad 3-4 days happened I dunno but I am trying to hang in there.

I did make it to DQ and get my 50 calorie 0 fat fudge I have had a good day being back!

I was gonna ask that too ... having done the diet i can say that i really had to control myself for the first couple days off it.
 
Hey Tammy, I can agree with you about the whole doing well with eating for a while and then have a crappy few days! However, if you're doing awesome most of the time, a couple days here and there won't kill ya, just as long as you get right back on track!
 
I never wanted to try that SH diet because I think I'd be doing a pigout when it was over. It reminds me too much of diets I tried putting myself on unsuccessfully in the past, but some of you have really made it work.

Yeah true but I never get anywhere which if I were already at my goal weight I would be happy with eating a few bad days then dieting for a few weeks but I NEED to get to 170's so I can permentaley say goodbye to the 180's like I said I have been 180's since OCT thanks to the weightchart that I update on here.

I wish I could BLAME the SH diet but that is 1 problem that I have had for a long time.:eek:

I hear ya but I wanted to hit 170's and that would have MOTIVATED me to really KICK some butt but thanks to my surroundings (hubby mentions my fave resteraunt)I didn't get to make it I still say it wasn't that bad of a diet until maybe the 7th day of rice I HATE RICE! That was probally the most veggies I ate in my entire life so that was a positive!
You must get the DQ 50 cal 0 fat FUDGE bars they are hudge and yummy feels like your cheating lol my hubby came back with them and said "DAMN $6.49 for a boix of 6 I say well worth it the blizzards cost how much lol :p

OK good day so far!! I am just thinking ahead what to do for exersice since it wants to rain all day! So maybe stationary bike + some dancing and squats and crunches! Well not a whiole lot to say but I feel much better not eating BAD foods.

MY MENUE
1 high protien peanutbutter south beach cereal bar (140)
1 WW chciken Fettuchini (320)
1 pk 100 calorie Hersey wafers(Holy cow these are the best but SMALL lol)
1 plate of spaghetti 3 bread stix (700 cals)
12 cabarry tiny choch eggs ( 190 cals)

CALORIES WOW STILL NOT BAD 1450 CALS
WALKED 1 MILE NOT MUCH BUT THIS 1 HUGE HILL IS A KILLER

sounds good chica!!!! Happy Hump Day;) And if you haven't tried the chex caramel and chocolate 100 cal packs they are to die for too!!! Perfect for a sweet tooth:D
 
WOW I had to update because my dinner plans changed do to alot of things I had no chicken and I cooked spaghetti for the family and said what the heck I will eat that and thats it well and the "tiny" eggs but also my monthly friend visited so that explains the weekend thing and my craving's.
I somewhat kept it under control I had my dinner at 6:30 and the 10 chochlate mini eggs around 7:30 I walked about 10PM to help with damage control.
Well it is 1AM and my son isn't alowd to have any food or drinks after midnight and he is throwing a fit!!! We have to be at the hospital by 7:45 AM for his ear tubes to be put in fingers are crossed everything will go OK I know it is no biggie kids do it all the time but he is getting sick again runny nose cough diareah plus anytime you get put under that is a scary thing.
REMINDER he had just got over the ROTAVIRUS 2 weeks ago now he is sick again geeeeeesh ok I need to turn on SPONGEBOB and hope he falls asleep C-yas tomorrow on a BETTER DAY Tammy:)
