Ok it was "C O L D""" BUT I got a 2 mile walk in so I feel ok I wish I could of did more OH I have enough soup for 1 bowl so I had to make a 1/2 recipe of more to finish out the 3 days!.Wow I have only been eating like 3 BIG bowls a day.Well Day 4 tomorrow NANA'S and Milk yumm!!!
 
Risty, thanks for stopping by yeah I keep saying only a week I so looking forward to my weight watchers meals my slimfast treats this really helps you appreciate more the good foods you were eating before it will feel like cheating eating those egg sub w/ 2 % cheese my baked chicken with mixed veggies and healthy loaded bake potatoe!! Geeeesh cmon MONDAY!:)
 
Wow you are totally doing awesome. Really pushin the pedal to the metal. I can't wait to see your results. I'm right on your tail, but further behind now!
 
Good morning everyone,
Lol yeah no NAP for me there are 6 kids running around here fighting screaming jumping terrorizing my house + my little guy.Usually when the kids go to school and the 1 I watche shows up at 8 AM already sleeping I get to crash until 10-11 not this week.
Good note I feel great I had my bananah and glass of skim milk flavored with this disney strawberry packet (5 cals less than 1 carb 0 fat 0 sodium)helps the skim milk go down better.This is DAY 4 and the scale said 180.5 so another 1/2 lb gone I really would love to see 179 by Sun or Mon!!!
I know I am not going to lose 10-17 lbs but 6-8 will be just fine! I am satisfied with the results so far!

1 bannah w/ small glass skim milk
1 big bowl veggie soup

Tammy - he's adorable! I love the one with the cake all over his face :) The decorations look great too!!!
 
Aw Hayden is so cute. One thing, chasing all those kids is definitely cardio.


LOl so true CANNON also I swear it felt like the heat was on in that playroom and it was 80 degrees outside that day it was HOT and there were 16 kids there 2 that were 15 the rest were 8 and under lol.
THNAKS MISH AND RACHIE HE'S MY ANGEL! OK got down a big bowl of soup wow this is rough but doable I am so looking forward to MEAT DAY tomorrow lol., Tammy
 
Thank you guys and gals!So I have 1 more banana and I have had 2 glasses of skim milk so far I am not sure how many I can have it says drink all the milk you want a gallon lol???I don't like milk that much. I need to get my exersice in as soon as the kids leave geeesh hopefully soon.I so can't wait for my steak and chciken tomorrow!! I have lost 5 lbs so far in 4 days and even if it is water my jeans do feel loser and I feel great! I am craving the good foods not so much sweets but steak pasta pizza thinks like that so my chciken and steak tomorrow should help with that! Be back later with exersices I have done,Tammy

I just have to ask, do you know about how many calories are in this soup? Or how many you're getting a day?

I have to wonder if losing 6-8 pounds in a week is really healthy.

I know a lot of people are getting on the band wagon here - but it does raise my concern bells...

Im on this as well, its very low cal for the first few days, and very short term because it only lasts a week. It basicly drops all wheat and starches from the diet, and relies on 'negative calories' of vegetables etc a lot.

Its not gonna kill anyone to do it for a week to bust a plateau or kick start their diet if they have the balls to stick with it.

Personally having done it, i wouldnt do it ever again or even reccommend it unless you were desperate. On the other hand ive lost a crapload of weight in a short amount of time, busted my plateau, and im almost at my mini goal weight for surgery, which is why im doing it :)

The others doing it i understand is because of plateaus etc.
 
I looked it up I am not sure how many cals are in the soup but
Bananas have 136 cals x3 Skim milk has 90 cals +5 for the flavor so that 95x
280 +408 in bannahs and 3 bowls of soup so probally close to like 1200 which I eat anyway.I am not hopping on a bandwagon I saw a good ideal for a good personal reason for me seems safe for atleast 7 days.
I did consider making making Saturday my last day do to brown rice and the soup by then will be a double BLAH,and I don't see 1 more day losing anymore so we'll see? Tomorrow is meat day which is alot of calories for 10-20 ozs of meat plus soup.Anyway so far so good Tammy
