Good afternoon (**waves hi to everyone**)
Not a bad day I just have to get more exersicing in I hate when it is cold and I really have to make myself against my will to do indoor exersicies!! lol.
Tuesdays food
lean cuisien chciken club panini w/ mustard(320 cals)
3 servs egg sub w/2%cheese(150 cals)
1 baked chciken breast (210 cals)
3 servs mixed veggies (115 cals)
1 slimfast peanutbutter crunch bar(120 CALS)
1 60 calorie carmel pudding(60 cals)
1 PEANUTBUTTER spoon(70 cals)
1110 Calories Exersice???

Where I live you don't verbalize the actual word spring...its dangerous and usually brings on another 3 weeks of winter.

Lol that was funny I went downstairs and tuirned on the dreadmill and couldn't get into the mood so I didn't do it.I may try to walk and if is to cold I may do my stationary bike+ some dancing to NIN I will accomplish something tonight .Tammy

Howdy every one (**Steve Iwan Mish **Hilly glad to see ya**)
Well I managed 2 miles on my stationary bike lastnight I don't know why I am being so lazy but the temps were in the teens lastnight by the time hubby made it home.BUT it is going up each day 40's then 50's so maybe I can get my 3-4 mile walk in! I used to do atleast 4 miles on my bike but I feel tired it has to be all the bad foods I ate over the weekend still in my system I feel a little better today.
I wanted to share 2 pics of my angles they were flower girls in my wedding my 2 dauhters and my niece ok gotta make em smaller be back klol.

Ok 1st one is my oldest NIA the 2nd one is Savannah (my daughter)Khrystian(my neice)and Nia(my daughter) I have been busy scanning all these pics to my computer I didn't have a digatal camera until the last 2 years so I have scanned over 500 pics so far and I am not even 1/2 way done lol.
I am going to add music to go along with the pics when I am done and burn to a dvd this ought to be a challange lol.

How are you liking roller coaster tycoon? I havent playedin ages -but the sadistic part of me used to love to build - umm -inferior rollercoasters and watch the riders merrily get on -and oooops - Carnage everywhere

Lol Mal that is funny I went on YOUTUBE and watched coasters peeps have made for that reason and they would put a cool song with it ,it is halarious.As far as as playing it I love it when I can get my hubby off the pc so I can play
! We have the rollercoaster 3 soaked and I went on ebay and bought the wild expanion pack it is really neat.I need to find that so you can watch it you will get a really good laugh.TammyThank you amy they are my angles
